So I had the service completed and I am very pleased with the results. Initially I had to reschedule my job for a couple days later than initially thought and Keith worked around my needs since I was in the process of purchasing the house. Well, the day before the job was to start escrow still had not closed and I had to reschedule again. I was very pleased with how flexible and accommodating Keith was. He said he understood how unforeseen circumstances could arise and to give him a call when the house closes. Eventually, things closed and I was able to get Keith to come in with his crew the very next day. He has originally quoted to have the job done in 2 1/2 days but ended up only taking 2 days (1 1/2 if you could the time the crew was there, the other 1/2 day was to allow for the paint to dry. I had all the rooms in my house scrapped, texturized, primed, and painted. His crew did a wonderful job on everything. One thing to note was that because the last time the house was painted the walls and ceilings has been painted in one continuous layer so there was some peeling of the paint on the wall side around the seams of the walls:ceiling but over all you could not see it. Keith bad warned me initially that this might happened and he offered to fix it for a small fee but said If I planned on painting the rooms the. It would not be necessary since the new paint job would cover this up. I opted not to have them rep paint the areas and would deal with it myself. Also, one thing to note: Keith removed a mirrored coffer and fixed the drywall in that area (the area around the coffer already had texturized ceiling/no popcorn) for no additional cost and said it was a house warming present. It was an added bonus and much appreciated. I would definitely recommend then to any friends. They were the most professional company I interviewed, completed the work on time/early, and it costed just as much as I was quoted. It was a pleasure to work with them. read more

in 2014 Keith at Supershooters came out and did a great job removing the cottage cheese style ceiling and putting a knockdown finish on it, then painting to match. A week ago a technician from my HVAC guy stepped thru the floor from the attic. (They paid to have it fixed.) I called Keith and not only was the bid he gave right on the money, but the repair is great. If you need ceilings done, Keith is the guy to call. He also does abatement if your house is 1978 or earlier and asbestos is found. I highly recommend these folks. read more

One of them was cheaper than super shooters and one was about the same. That being said, almost every person I asked for a recommendation said to call Super Shooters, so I did. I could tell from the get go that Keith knew what he was doing. He told me what it would cost, how long it would take and what to expect after it was done. He was right on. POPCORN GONE! CEILINGS LOOK GREAT! A few weeks ago I was down the street talking to one one of my neighbors and he was showing me his newly laid flooring and while I was there I noticed all the popcorn had been removed from his ceilings, it looked great. I asked him who did it and he told me Super Shooters and he was very pleased with there work. I also liked the way it looked. Next day I called Super Shooters and set up an appointment for a quote. Keith showed up on time and quickly measured my home and gave me a quote. I scheduled a day to have the work done. They showed up around 8:30am on Thursday and job was complete on Friday around 5PM. They removed all the popcorn, textured and painted the ceilings in my entire home. When we returned the house was just as clean as it was before we left. We did have to do a little touch up around the ceiling but this was minimal and Keith informed us this would be the case when he quoted the job. I met Keith thru a mutual acquaintance thru AA. He sent his man over to estimate my living room, entry, bath and garage. He quoted what I thought was a reasonable estimate. His guys showed up and knocked out the living room entry and bath in one day. I paid them for their work then got a call from Keith saying I shorted him. As it turned out his original quote for 2700 SF of drywall hang did not include the garage. Upon measuring the amount of drywall hung that day I found major discrepancies. They hung less sf by far than quoted but demanded higher payment. This guy is a shyster. Because of the " friend" association, he had claimed to send his hanging crew over and I was to pay them directly. What I paid them was far more than a days wages. To make matters worse, Keith was condescending, he made sexual innuendos toward my wife and I saw him grabbing his junk while doing so. Don't hire this perv. read more

Supershooters got us in their schedule last minute, after my husband started scraping our ceiling himself and realized that with vaulted ceilings and retexturing, the job was more than he wanted. The crew was nice and treated our home with respect. We were disappointed that we had to be out of our home for a day longer than we were told. Knowing what we do now, I wish we had been warned about this being a possibility. They found many defects in the ceiling under the hideous popcorn and repaired them all. There was some chipping damage to the paint at tops of the walls, but after reading other reviews, we were prepared for that and were already planning to repaint (easy touch up is an option too). All in all, we love the results and couldn't be happier that we had it done. Looking back, with a job and prepwork of this magnitude (they drape the WHOLE house in heavy duty plastic and all of our belongings were well protected), I think it's only reasonable to expect to find a few smaller issues. read more

We met the owner at the Cal Expo Home Show a few weeks ago and signed up to get a call back for an appointment. We received a call from the owner's wife a week after the home show and set up an appointment to get an estimate for our dry wall job. The owner showed up at the scheduled appointment time and provided a reasonable estimate so we set up a date/ time ( the following week) for his guys to come out and complete the job. Day of the job, the time frame they were supposed to be here came and went. I called the business phone number at 9:15am ( they were supposed to be here between 8-9 am) and the answering machine came on stating they were not available. I left a message and did not receive a call back until 11am. The owner's wife left a message ( I did not answer the phone) stating the phone number to call back with. There was no apology for not showing up, no excuse for what happened, or nothing. Needless to say, I did not call them back and I had another company come out that same day to provide an estimate. To date, we have not heard back from Super Shooters and they never showed up. If I could give them zero stars, I would!!! read more

Supershooters just completed work on our 1900 sqft home. They scraped the old textured ceiling, patched cracks in the wall, cut holes for our recessed lighting, and did a VERY thorough job cleaning up and moving our furniture back in. We were very impressed with their ability to get the work done in a timely manner and excellent communication with us throughout the project. We need to remove texture from walls allover the house. We called 916 944 1711 and spoke with the lady who promised to send their rep to estimate the job. The appointment was set it on August 5th or so and the old guy who is not on their gallery appeared. He took my business card and promised to send me the quote in a couple of days. He never did. next Monday I called 916 944 1711 again and asked about fate of the quote. She promised that he will call me. He never did. On August 15th I called them again. She verbally demonstrate a deep disrespect and told that if I am not happy I could try to find somebody else. I consider such a behavior disgusting. read more

We hired Super Shooters to do some patch work and re-texture in a home we recently purchased. I was generally displeased with the work. There was a lot of splatter and unfinished areas. We were assured that if we had any issues to call and they would come back. When we did, we had to deal with a great deal of attitude and were told that we should pay our painter to fix their shoddy work. When they did come back, we had to listen to a whole list of excuses as to why the work wasn't done right in the first place. We are still finding areas that were poorly done. Unfortunately, we paid them up-front. We understand that sometimes these things can't be perfect, especially when trying to blend, but we just felt there was a general carelessness and a terribly poor job, not to mention they left the house an absolute mess and texture on our lawn! They also left our front door WIDE OPEN all night with the key in the door after they left. When we called to notify the boss, he argued and said it wasn't his guys except there was no one else at the house that day. read more

We were originally scheduled the middle of May but received a phone call around 7 AM telling us that two of the crew had arrived ill and went home. It is a huge job preparing for the removal of popcorn ceilings. The following week we had guests arriving so our job had to be put off your 2 weeks. In the meantime, everything had to be removed from two of the bathrooms that it was put in since there wasn't popcorn ceiling in there and it was a safe place to store artwork, computers, TVs, and furniture and then put back in preparation for the popcorn ceiling to be removed. The ceiling turned out well but we had the same issues that others have had. It seems that they make the assumption that the walls will be painted when they are finished. There were staple marks all over the walls and the tape removes the paint under it when it is removed. This happened at the top of all walls and also in the middle of walls with vaulted ceilings. When the ceiling was painted they got 1/4 to 1/2 inch of paint on top of the wallpaper on the wallpapered walls. There was also 1/4 to 1/2 inch of paint on the painted walls also. The attic access originally had popcorn ceiling. They removed the popcorn ceiling but the texturing on this panel is more of blobs instead of imperfect smooth. read more

The work they did was phenomenal. They left everything very clean. My only complaint was they left all the windows open the last day while I was at work until 11pm. I came home to a completely open house late at night. I would have liked more communication about that situation as I had expensive belongings in the house and could have been hurt by an intruder. read more

We had the unfortunate catastrophe in our home when a portion of our living room ceiling (drywall) fell (about a 12'x6' piece!), dumping drywall and old, dirty cellulose insulation all over our house. We scrambled to try and find a drywall contractor that same day which was challenging. I called Keith from Super Shooters and he was able to get one of his guys to come out that same day to give us a quote. Their quote was very competitive and we ended up going with them. We had to replace the entire ceiling as it was not structurally sound anymore. Not a fun thing to do when you are still living in the house (and all that old cellulose...yuck!) But the entire team did an awesome job from start to finish, keeping the dust and mess down to a minimum. We are very happy with our new ceiling. We even opted to have them paint it for us (we are DIY'ers but it was actually almost cheaper for us to have them paint it versus us buying the paint, etc. to paint it ourselves). Finally finished our whole home with the help of Super Shooters! All of our "popcorn" ceilings have been transformed to something beautiful, textured & smooth, it's really hard to remember how they looked before the Super Shooters staff did their magic. We did not complete the work all at once because we were experiencing roof/ceiling problems due to improper ventilation, actually I thought we would never resolve the problem. The fact that this company did not bat an eye when I mentioned this, was truly great-so many companies will not touch mobile homes, too bad because there is really nothing to be afraid of. It's always traumatic for my husband and I to have work done (we are old), but Keith has been great, always (amid chaos) is so cool and always positive, we have had a lot of mini renovations done to our place, Keith never says it cannot be done! The staff is so polite and always careful with our home, the way they cover everything is really amazing, and the clean up is complete. Cannot say enough about this company. Someone mentioned cost, look when you hire a company to do something and do it well, it costs and the only way you can spend less it to do it yourself....but, it would never turn out as well as Super Shooters would do... read more
