I've been coming here for years, I'm mix, Vietnamese, Hispanic & Native American. In my 6 years coming here, meeting each worker, manger etc. I have never ever experienced racism or any form of hate from these wonderful people. Their selection is one of the most extensive & affordable I've seen in Sacramento generally. They run deals as often as you come in including early bird specials. Had to go in and ask about it and their excuse was that they have been short staffed and haven't been able to get to it (it had been 5 weeks). Finally 3 days after going in they call me saying it's ready. I go pick it up the following day and was charged for the repair! Super disappointed in service and quality. My wife and I were very excited to come to Super Silver after my friend recommended it to us. We were so disappointed! Nothing is priced and when we asked what the range of prices was the man behind the counter was incredibly rude and kept saying it depends on the ring (which I understand). I asked him how much a 4g ring and kept repeating that he didn't know because it depends on the weight. No matter how I asked he wouldn't even explain the pricing beyond "it depends". I tried asking him where different sizes were and he just pointed at the labels and wasn't helpful. Overall my wife and I agreed he was just rude! I have no clue if the rings were a good price because we were a little scared to ask him another question. I will add that there was a very nice employee behind the necklace counter! She was very sweet and helpful, unlike the guy doing rings. The rings themselves looked fine but we did ultimately leave empty handed because we didn't want to have to deal with him! This place is a hidden gem. If you're looking for a beautiful piece of silver jewelry this is a good place to go. I've purchased many pieces from them and I love every one of them. They have gotten better at keeping their pieces clean, but if you do buy a piece from them here's the best way to clean it. Place it in a bot of boiling water lined with aluminum foil. You want the jewelry to lay on the dull/satin side of the foil, not the shiny side so make sure you flip the foil the right way when you line the pot. Next add your jewelry and some baking soda and agitate the jewelry gently. The tarnish will move from the more expensive metal to the cheaper aluminum metal foil. read more

Absolutely horrible! I got a ring and the stone feel off! I read on the receipt that if the stone falls off I can't get an exchange so what I did was super glue it and went back to exchange it. I got the same ring, loved it. Then 3 weeks later a stone falls out AGAIN!!! This place is a trap!! Also they advertise as sterling silver but it's not!! The ring is peeling and it's getting black!! What a lie! And they will charge you 40$. They always have the sales that's what draws people in. Good service, very nice girls. But very bad quality. Go to macys. I've been here twice and the first time was a very welcoming experience where I left with 3 rings; 2 of which I still wear daily. However, my experience today was pretty off putting. I've been wanting a rose quartz ring, or something within that realm for a while now. Pink is one of my favorite colors and today I happened to be wearing a pink top & shoes. Also worth noting that I have a floral sleeve on my arm that is primarily variations of pink.. the first ring I try on was a pink stone ring and I actually really liked it! But before I could even get words out, an employee rudely exclaims that pink does NOT look good on me as my skin tone has too many pink undertones and continued going on about how the ring gets washed out by my skin tone and that I should look at something else. I was a bit taken aback at first and tried to just move on, but she proceeded handing me other options not at all along the lines of what I was looking for, let alone something I'd wear. After a few pushy try ons, I finally stopped her and told her that I specifically came for a pink ring since that's what *I* like even if it isn't what she liked. After that statement, she completely stopped helping me and walked away. Thankfully a very kind new hire took over and was able to help me find something I liked, even if it happened to not be what I was looking for. After this experience, I probably won't return. Lost a favorite silver ring last year. Had it a long time & needed to get something to replace it. Bought two rings here. One with a stone. Was happy when I bought it but not now. The super thin stone recently broke into three pieces. I paid about $250 for the two rings. Will never buy anything here ever. Plus after buying the ring with stone, saw that it had 2 rough unpolished areas on it. Just went online & got some rings from overseas. Prices were great. Best store to ever find and on accident to. Walked in to ask a question and when I turned I saw the beautiful rings, pendants, and everything else. Bought 4 rings in total. The first 3 rings were for me and I got 50% off plus an additional percentage off since I bought more than 2 rings. I got my sister a mermaid ring and they decided to also give me a small percentage off due to maybe me being nice or that I was buying another ring. Loved the store and the people helping me out. August 2nd. August 7th. Today I decided to go back to switch out a ring I wasn't such a fan of. Lucky for me I was able to switch it out and they figured everything out. I'm familiar with the owner and the entire staff, there is not a group of people I trust more to know my style more than the current crew at Super Silver Sacramento. Everytine they get new stock, which is almost every week, one of them suggests something new for me to fall in love with. They have an excellent and growing selection of necklaces, pendants, bracelets, rings, stones, body jewelry and fun little animal stones, one of which I swear is a Bison. The "tall girl with tattoos and short hair", is an excellent worker who has made every sale I've seen her start. She has excellent advice and taste. She's always been nice to me and has made me feel welcome every time I set foot in the store. Keala(Kayla?) Is a good manager who keeps things moving and has the best energy in the store. I'm sad to say that the same sales associate that faulsly accused me of stealing at the Roseville location was actually at this location as well. She immideatly approached me with an extremely aggressive and attacking tone of voice. She was demanding to know my name and once again left me so offended that I left empty handed. This place is decent overall I've bought multiple items from them. At first I was very satisfied with the customer service and overall quality in the items. I've bought 3-4 rings and a bracelet. In the past few months I've bought an "onyx" ring and a bone bracelet which were both stamped silver. The bracelet broke two weeks after I got it. A few days ago I was at a jewelry shop in San Diego looking for more silver. This business makes their own rings; when I showed him my rings he informed me the "onyx" ring super silver sold me was RESIN AND NOT A REAL STONE. I was incredibly infuriated considering the ring band had ALREADY BROKE, I payed a lot for a fake stone ring, and super silver confirmed to me it was a real stone. I would just like to inform anyone considering going to this establishment to be cautious and double check any jewelry with "stones" before purchasing. He was super patient with my dad (who has had a few strokes) and took time to help us find the perfect rings.
