Two employees there decided that they were going to discriminate against me as a young black man. They both were very rude and when I got into the store to look around and see if I want to get anything, they told me to be in the store I had to show them my id first when this is nowhere at all solely because I looked young. I later went to a shop ( river falls smoke shop) that is also own by the same person and they told me it is not state law for me to HAVE to show my id as soon as I get in there. It was two white employees one female with reddish hair and the other was a white man who tried to intimidate me but just looked like a dude on steroids and no neck. I will not be back and I will make sure others don't go, I will spread the word that this shop is racist towards young black people. read more

I am not very familiar with a lot of the available items here at this awesome shop but Aimee was MORE THAN helpful while showing me and explaining to me the products. I felt like she took her time with me and I received wxcellent service. I will be back for sure!!! read more

This place is good with a lot of choices for all kinds of tobacco, tubes , Ecigs and more . employees are always polite and very helpful . Things must have definitely changed since the last review was posted as we go there often and haven't had any issues . read more

I was in Prescott Smoke Shop today and came across a very rude clerk named Maddie. If I could give this place a 1/2 star or even a ZERO star rating, I would. With this Coronavirus pandemic going around in the very city where Prescott Smoke Shop is located, she was making very crude remarks about customers calling and asking to pay for the items they need over the phone. Funny thing, I'M one of the people who called with that very question! I told her that she needed to understand the severity of the virus and to be a little more understanding of people's fears about it. She just rolled her eyes at me and said, "Whatever." From there she continued to be VERY rude to me. From here on out, I will NEVER set foot in Prescott Smoke Shop AGAIN. This rude employee who happens to be THE MANAGER should lose her job over this. Wait... This isn't over... Once I left Prescott Smoke Shop and got to work, I called hoping to get someone other than her on the phone. I wasn't so lucky. I asked her who the owner was and said I wanted to speak with them. She said they weren't there. I then asked to speak with the manager...get this...she said it was HER. So I told her that I would be calling to lodge a complaint against HER. I went on to tell her that she needed to be less rude and more compassionate about this virus and people's fears... This is the a horrible place with HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I went in to the store today to purchase items with my boyfriend and our son. The glass has signs that state we need assistance to look at everything. The man at the counter was so engrossed in his race on the TV that it was like pulling teeth to get assistance. When I changed my mind twice on an item, the man snapped at me and raised his voice. He was very aggressive and I was surprised by this. When I told him not to get mean with me and that I was a customer and wanted to spend money in his store, he told me that he didn't care. His exact words were "so what." This place has no interest in serving customers and the man is very unstable. I have never been yelled at like this. When I decided to not buy my items and told my boyfriend just to buy his, the guy screamed at me and told me to get out. We left over $100 worth of crap on the counter and we are very OK with that. I will NEVER EVER go to this store again no matter how close it is. Take the extra drive and go to the next closest shop. Trust me.....this man that runs it is not nice and has no interest in helping. You will be more inconvenient to him than anything. read more
