Today Aug 18 they call me and tell me that they will not be replacing my mirror because of scratches on the mirror and it looked like there had been previous damage. I've had my car for 8 years and never had anything done to the mirror or any damage to it. I bought it used and I cant help previous damage. I went in with a full and functioning mirror and came out with it hanging down the side of my car. In my book they should have to replace the mirror. I will never go there again and I may just start picketing them to spread the word about there service.
