Servers were coming and going but never acknowledged our table. Eventually, I had to get up and place our order at the bar. The bartender was the only positive - she was very friendly and helpful. While waiting for our food, I noticed the table next to us receive their food. The woman was served the wrong order-a burger that might have been mine- and after she touched it, I watched the server place that same burger back on the service table. Shortly after, a food runner picked it up and brought it to our table, which I immediately returned. Other than running food, no server ever checked on us or took responsibility for our table. The lack of service combined with the food-handling issue was extremely concerning and unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience makes it hard to recommend or return to this restaurant.

I just don't understand why bars bother offering food if they aren't going to put any effort into making it decent. We each only managed to eat half of our burgers, which is rare for us. On top of that, service was lacking. Our server never checked back on us, and we had to walk up to the bar just to flag someone down. Meanwhile, the bartenders were having the loudest time in the whole place, yelling and laughing amongst themselves louder than any of the actual customers.
