I came in on a weekday morning with my mom's car, which had recently been driven across the country. I hadn't gone through a drive thru car wash in a while, and I felt reassured being able to talk to two human beings before lining up my car: the staff person at the station where you pay and the staff person who does the pre-wash and makes sure your car is lined up in the tracks. I started using this car wash as it is very convenient to where I live. I've been using it for months without issue; however, the last time I used it, the passenger side mirror was torn off. The attendant had me file a claim, only to be denied because my car is older than 7 years! Just beware, if your car is older than 7 years, I'd think twice before using this place! I canceled my membership and will be looking for a new place to go. read more

When I was approaching the entrance of the car wash the gentlemen directing and lining our car up waved us to move right of the entrance while spraying out vehicle's front. We felt the front left, and back left hit the tracks pretty hard. It appears he had us come in at an angle instead of coming in straight. As our vehicle was jerking, we eventually landed on the track correctly. When we got through the car wash, we park to use the vacuum and damp towels. When I was wiping down the passenger side rear rim, I notice a fresh gash in the rim and two cuts on the tire sidewall. I was directed and led into the carwash entrance that way by your employee and this was the unfortunate result. The tire obviously needs to be replaced for safety reasons to avoid a dangerous blowout or tire failure. I feel this is a Super Star Car Wash discrepancy due to faulty alignment guidance into the car wash entrance directed by your employee. I feel the tire slashes and rim damage is Super Start Car Wash responsibility and should replace at least the tire and repair the rim. Working with customer service Teddy Coleman they denied the claim, basically calling me a liar that this could not have happened at their car wash. I submitted it again and it was denied with a note stating in bold letters: This decision is final. They continue to tell me they did a thorough investigation and said that this did not happen at their car wash. They do not want to be liable for their reckless actions. I took my 3-month-old 2025 Toyota Tacoma through Super Star Car Wash and one of the brushes struck my passenger-side mirror and broke the folding mechanism. I filed a claim, but it was denied with the explanation that they are "not responsible for plastic parts," even though this was clearly caused by their equipment. This was a very disappointing experience -- not only because of the damage, but because the company refused to take responsibility or help resolve the situation. I do not recommend this car wash to anyone. If something happens to your vehicle, don't expect accountability. read more

Just had to cancel all two of my vehicles after attempting to work with their CUSTOMER NO SERVICE department on a problem with my wife vehicle. It has said for the last two months that our membership is expired, yet my account has continued to be charged. There is no customer service on the email account. Ended up having to cancel my debit card to stop payment and will be taking my business elsewhere. Pretty bad when one of the employees tells you their customer service department "sucks!" read more

Getting in contact with customer service is impossible. You can send an email and several days later you get a response saying the are working on it and you never hear from them again. I have emailed them three different times and no resolution reply back. read more

New to area and joined their unlimited membership. Good value. Don't really see why they allow anyone, member or not, free use of the vacuums and air. This location is always clean, organized and well stocked. Employees are always welcoming and helpful. Tonight, a manager named Jordan went above and beyond to make sure I was getting everything I needed with my monthly plan. Very professional, kind, polite and genuine great personality. The customer service at this place is amazing. Every time we take our car through, the people working are friendly and courteous. Mitch has helped us numerous times (helping get us a tag and switch our membership over when we bought a new car). Recently the front of our vehicle was covered in bugs and they sprayed extra before going through. It didn't get completely clean, but that is understandable because of how they were caked on. I was stranded at the car wash today for 2 1/2hrs. Mitch, I think he's a manager. Let me use his personal cell phone to call for assistance with my vehicle. While waiting for AAA to rescue me, Tucker, another employee, was kind enough to offer me his coat. It was pretty cold out. The guys checked on me a few times to make sure that I was ok. The crew at the Falcon Super Star car wash are extremely helpful and very courteous. I will continue to come to the car wash as often as I get the chance. They are all so nice and considerate, it's great to do business with people that treat you like you matter! read more

Fantastic car wash!!! Ameel was really helpful in explaining the different memberships and which one would be the best for our family. Love the different vacuums and how powerful they are. There are also stands with clean cloths and window cleaner at each vacuum. It was also nice having a sink available to wash the rubber mats. read more

I received a free wash coupon in the mail so I stopped by to get my wash. I pulled up to the scanner and tried to scan the bar code on the card. nothing happened. Tried again, several times. Still nothing. There was a help button on the machine so I pressed it - several times. no one came to help me. I sat for a little while and decided they obviously didn't want my business so I left, never to return. I'll be surprised if this place makes it considering they are pricier than the other washes in the area and the poor customer service. Off to Quick Quack I go!! read more

Its a bit expensive. When I go through the wash there's still bugs and stuff on the front of my car that I scrub off when I get over to the vacuuming section. The microfibers are a very nice inclusion for that reason! They're usually damp/wet when I go to use them though, it's probably just the time of day I went. I think it's kinda funny how when they first opened you had employees offering to power wash your floor mats for you, being super helpful and kind to get good reviews started right off the bat, and now that they're established on google there's not an employee to be found. Did kinda feel like the 20 a month for a car wash subscription was kinda worth it for that reason, but now it kinda feels like a waste of money since I gotta scrub the front of my car myself anyway, the free air freshener was completely soaked and soggy but I couldn't find an employee by the vacuums to ask for a new one. I'm pretty sure it would be a safety hazard if I walked through their car wash driveway and asked for another, although they probably would've given me another one if I had. Overall a good car wash, but what I don't understand is how a place can get worse just within a few months of opening, and for the price y'all charge? For twenty a month and 240 whopping dollars a year, I definitely expect the service that I subscribed for only a few short months ago. read more
