I just went through the super suds drive through car wash. We paid the $15 premium wash. All I got was a basic wash. So rip me off for $5. No one in the office of course it is easter. The phone number is not set up with a voicemail. Really bad business practice. read more

Ehhh It's a decent DIY wash, not the best bang for your buck but, it gets the bug juice off. With a $2.75 start for about 6 minutes I expected a bit more pressure and definitely more soap comin out of the brush but it's good enough for a quick cleaning. I'd recommend going elsewhere. read more

At first, I thought this was a great and very affordable car wash $5-10 and followed by hand drying. You put your money in the machine and the employee will come scrrub the tires and send you into the machine. I was extremely disappointed this last time I went due to the machine scratching the crap out of my car, as well as leaving some weird sticky white residue all over it. When I came back immediately after the employee gave me the managers/owners number (Tim) who never picked up the phone or returned my call. Never coming back and now have scratches all over my nice car. read more

Today was the worse day ever at Melissa's Car Wash. The attendant that was on duty told me that he could not use a brush only my vehicle because he had to catch a bus in 4 minutes. First of all I do not like being lied to or having my intelligence insulted. When you take a VOTRAN City bus it runs every thirty minutes. He also told me that he would give my vehicle 1a quick spray which he did half fast. I purchased a $13.00 Car Wash which was equal to a $5.00 car wah. Love this place. Two hard workers here every day. They have single stalls so you can wash your own vehicle or two automatic washes where two of the attendants scrub your car down prior to going into the wash. They also have separate vaccine stations to use as well. $5- $15 washes. Tip the boys, they work hard :) read more

No attendant available when I arrived yesterday late afternoon. All of the change machines were taped closed except for one slot. I inserted a twenty dollar bill, which it accepted, but did not give me any change. I went next door to the bank's ATM machine to withdraw more money and then to Advance Auto Parts to have the new twenty dollar bill broken into smaller bills. Returned to your car wash. Then I deposited several one dollar bills and all were returned to me with no notice that the machine was out of order or low on coins. I tried to use TWO of your vacuum cleaners, which also did not work, but took my money. At this time, I am owed a total of $22.00. I tried calling the telephone number listed and it states the voice mail box option has not been activated. read more

I was nervous about coming here at first because it isnt touch free washing. Also, when you pull up to put your money in the machine, a worker will come up and do it for you and also will give your ride a pre-wash with a brush and soap before you enter the carwash. Since ive never been there before, I thought he was someone trying to rob me but once I saw his shirt had the Melissas logo on it, I felt at ease. He did a really good job pre-washing and putting my money in the machine so I ended up tipping him after the wash was over. Overall, the carwash was great! My ride was squeeky clean and not scratched from the brushes. However, I spent more money than I normally would have because of tipping the worker. I still got a full car wash for $20 or so. I can no longer recommend this business. I came here because they would always prep & pre-wash the car for any wash during regular business hours but 2-3 weeks ago they stopped and will only prep the car if you spend $13 for the "Ultimate" wash package. I always get the $10 Supreme. The ONLY difference is the Ultimate includes a useless "bug buster" spray on thing that does nothing. From now on I'll go to the place on ISB near the railroad tracks where they are always friendly & glad to see me! read more

Went to the self serve drive through this morning. The machine wouldn't accept cash so I inserted my credit card. It charged me $29.75 for the five dollar wash. I've called their phone number and just keep getting a recording. Feb 14th, after 9 days I get a call back telling me to visit between 8-6 with the credit card used and proof of payment. I drive back there with my card and the receipt from their machine showing payment amount, date and last four digits of my card. I'm told that they will not do anything without a copy of my credit card statement. I would like to take away the one star but yelp doesn't allow that. read more

This car wash tore off the brake light and assembly above my rear window! The normal one attached to most cars ... this was not anything aftermarket. The guy at the car wash pretty much told me too bad - I called their number and they had the flunky there call me wanting to put it back on - it stretched the holes it tore it out of! It cant just be put back on and he refuses to give me the owners name and number to contact directly. I went and got a quote to repair it $393. - will be a lot easier if they agree to fix it - if not my insurance company said they would go after them - also told me the following for everyones info: A car wash had two clauses in its standard terms 1.) the company is not responsible for damages on items attached to the car body, like mirrors, trimmings, scratches unless the company acted gross negligently. 2.) consequential damages will not be reimbursed unless the company acted gross negligently. The BGH ruled on November 2004 (re X ZR 133/03) that these stipulations are invalid because they violate 307 I BGB. They are invalid because they inadequately discriminate against the customer. Normally, you have to answer for the damages you cause. Generally, such provisions can be the small print in mass contracts. However, it is forbidden by law to sign you off liability in advance for gross negligence and purpose. If the injured person afterwards waives his or her compensation - that is something else. The customer is not to be excessively disadvantaged. To sum it all up. if your car comes out of the car wash damaged, and the company has such invalid standard terms, they are liable so go after them! I've chosen to post this in every media outlet possible in hopes they will call me and agree to make it right - if not I'll keep posting and let my insurance company go after them .. expensive lesson for less than $400. read more

I used the pre soak and it had some kind of chemical coming out of it F'd up my $3k wheels.

This car wash is above any in its class. attendants prep your wheels, windshield, front end and all areas that machines can't get. Attendents are on duty to give change, make sure everything works and keep the place clean. read more
