After about a year of coming here, and typically loving their service, I got a big slap in the face. My clothes always come back to me clean, and smelling amazing. Somehow this last time, my clothes came back to me looking dirtier than when I dropped them off. How does this happen? The time before this, I came back when the clothes were supposed to be ready and they were not, so they gave me a 20% discount. Maybe they felt that since they gave me a discount, they didn't actually have to wash my clothes this time? Or simply provide 20% of my usual service? Usually, it looks like they wash my darks together to keep them nice and dark. My whites are always bright when they come back. This time.. I have faded jeans and the dingiest dirtiest white tops ever. I have dirty button up shirts that look like the were just thrown in the dryer without being washed and now the deodorant stains and permanent. I didn't send anything out of the ordinary, nothing different that I always send. The usual makeup, sweat deodorant... looks like they threw most of the clothes in one load and dried them all together and maybe they forgot to wash a few and just threw them in the dryer with the clan clothes. I don't know what they did. I just know I have a bunch of dirty clothes that don't smell anything like they usually do. They smell like they were just thrown in the dryer with a dryer sheet and if you frequent this place, you know the clothes usually look good and smell fresh for a LONG time. I am so disappointed to pull my business from here (as well as few referrals that I sent their way) but I am not only out of pocket for the fee that I paid them, but also a few shirts that may not be salvageable and undesirable fading to my favorite jeans. What a shame. I hope they do better in the future. read more

First time at a laundromat. Was visiting family and they were using the washer and dryer at home so I came here. You have to load a prepaid card with cash or credit/debit. I did two medium sized loads which were 3.27 for each and then I dried both loads in one dryer for 40 minutes which cost about 2 dollars. Overall it was amazing experience and I'll definitely be back when I come visit again. read more

Normally I come & have no issues. This time I arrived a little bit late due to work but their last wash is at 9:00pm. I arrived at 8:55, & was told their closing. Mind you their sign says 10 & last wash at 9. I was very upset, seeing as most places last washes are probably at 9 as well & wouldn't have denied me. Now I wasted time on this place & no longer can do my laundry indoors tonight. Which I needed for work. It is very inconvenient & bad for business. Don't false advertise for more clientele & then pull something like this. read more

As far as laundromats this one is by far the best I've seen. Large with tons of machines. You just pre load a card and scan card at said machines. Tons of sizes for even the largest of loads. Also very clean throughout the whole place which is something I find important at a place where your there to clean. read more

Love it here- there's a laundromat closer to my house, but this facility has fast machines, is spacious, clean, and best of all, takes credit card. Makes doing my laundry as painless as possible. In addition, the staff is very nice, and the manager was even kind enough to entertain all my questions, show me how to use everything, and give detailed explanations of the different machines. You can tell he takes great pride in his business, which I deeply appreciate. Definitely my favorite laundromat in town. read more

Can't say enough good things about this place. I use their drop-off service to wash my king size comforter. They do an excellent job every single time and for a great price. Their service is super fast and they usually call me same-day to let me know it's ready to be picked up. Customer service is always friendly as well. I clean everything on my own except big laundry like comforters. I generally have low expectation from laundry mats but was pleasantly surprised to find this one to be basic but clean, not overly crowded and had very good prices on drop-off rates for my King sized bedding. I dropped off 3 King sized comforters, pretty gross with dog hair and paw prints and the next day got back clean, folded, bagged, very nice smelling bedding. The staff was courteous, efficient and the prices are good. It's a little tricky to find the first time driving there, but I would definitely recommend this place for drop and go, not too sure I'd want to sit in there all day doing my own laundry though, if I ever do, I'll let you know. read more

This laundromat is always so clean and well-managed. It can get pretty busy on the weekends, which is expected, so the best time to go is right after work on the weekdays. The machines work very quickly and efficiently, and they are hardly out of service for very long. I'm usually in and out of the laundromat in an hour here, and that's with four loads of laundry! read more

This is by far the BEST laundry mat ever. The staff is very helpful, The owner Bill is amazing, He remembers his customers and always asks how they are doing. Free WIFI is great as well. Best laundromat I've been to in the whole country! (Spent 6 months traveling around the US, doing many loads in many towns!) this place is clean and well staffed, with free wifi and cozy places to sit and wait. We did what would have been 2 large loads in a normal washer in one of their medium-sized machines and dried it all (plus bought a snack in the vending machine with the extra $ on our pre-paid card) for only $8! You can't ask for anything more from a neighborhood laundry/dry cleaners! There are a ton of washer/dryers - I have showed up in the middle of a weekend afternoon and not had an issue finding a machine. They also have this cool card-pay system so you don't have to worry about getting quarters or having your quarters eaten. Finally, the employees are AMAZING :) Aside from being really nice and actually remembering their customers, they are super competent, knowledgeable and effective. I recently dropped off my favorite jeans after destroying them and trying EVERYTHING to remove the stains and I picked them up as good as new! read more

Love this place! SUPER clean. Friendly staff. Great prices - $3.25/load. Plus, the machines are fast. One load takes me less than an hour. Wow! I'm so impressed with the excellent customer service i received here! First of all, the place is spotless. The machines are all working and the lounge chairs are comfy! I received excellent customer care from yeni behind the counter. She was kind, pleasant and happy to help me with the questions i had, not being familiar with laundromats. She made me feel welcome and appreciated. Michelle, the asst mgr was also professional and caring. Both ladies were hard working and took care of everything with a smile on their faces. Now, for my husbands favorite part...THE MACHINES ARE SUPER FAST! No waiting around for hours to do laundry. Wash took about 20 mins, dryers in increments of 6 mins. We were in & out in way less than an hour. That's amazing. Well worth it to come here, and no need to have coins, you can load a laundry card with your credit or debit and no messing with change. This is the best place to get your laundry done if you travel. I've been with them for more than six months, going very two weeks. I travel every week for work, and rather than spending time doing laundry on the weekends, I can give it all to these folks and they will do it overnight. I went for the 24 hr service usually, but I believe they also have a same day service if you get there early in the day. Normally they would put the shirts on hangers, but since they know I travel, for me they folded every piece of clothing to make it easy for me to pack. The owner is friendly and knows his repeat customers well. The machines always seem clean and fresh. They are eco-friendly. Initially I started using them because their location was convenient, but even when I moved I found myself driving across town just so I could have their service. In my opinion this is the only place to get my laundry done. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I walked into the store for dry cleaning services and was not acknowledged the entire time I was standing at the counter. There were two women counting money at the counter, one of which looked up at me, and then looked back down to continue what she was doing. The other, who's name was Olga, was on the phone, and when she got finished with the phone call, began counting money without so much as a glance in my direction. I waited a full 2 minutes before walking out. I would not recommend this business for any service whatsoever seeing as they do not value customer service or simple manners. This is one of the cleanest laundromats you'll ever find. Everything is still new & washers are efficient.You do pay for everything you get which is unusual. Want extra rinse, you pay, want warm water, you pay xtra, want HOT water you pay even more $$. Problem is not getting what you pay for. I want HOT water when I wash certain items & the water never gets much above luke warm. Owner says it's 106 but that's at the tank, they use very little water so what comes into the washer has been sitting in the pipes & can barely be considered warm. Clothes really do get wrung out in spin cycle making the dryers @ $.25 for 7mins pretty efficient. As long as you are happy with cold wash this place is great. read more

Absolute best customer service ever. Life has been overwhelming so I took every piece of clothing I own to be laundered here. They sorted my laundry, washed my clothes with high-grade detergent and folded them to perfection. The owners work the counter... Or the employees treat the place like they own it... either way you can tell the people who work there take pride in the establishment. It's clean, has new machines and is very affordable ($1.00-$1.10 per lb). To top it off the employees are courteous, friendly and help you to your car with your clothes. I will be taking all of my clothes, comforters and delicate here. I live 15 minutes away and will drive the distance to put my money in a good place. Thanks for the positive experience. read more
