Love this store! I was raised by parents and grand parents who took their vitamins religiously and all lived long, healthy lives. As I age, I find myself taking many of the same supplements as my parents. This place is awesome - way better than trying to buy supplements and vitamins online. The staff is patient, knowledgeable and friendly, and they aren't kidding about the "No-Hassle Return Policy". If you keep your receipt, try your purchase out for a few days and don't like it, they will give you store credit for the full amount of the product you are returning. This is HUGE for people like me: im not trying to get a PhD in nutrition or pharmacology, but i do want to give myo body some bonus nutrients that aren't present in my bachelor diet. I am Very disappointed with this location. I'll explain. This location is extremely difficult to park. It's also on a hill. But that's only part of it. I ordered online several items. I got a phone call that my order was ready for pick up. From my end everything seemed fine. My credit card showed the transaction as being charged for the full amount, my confirmation email showed all items ordered shipped. However, once I arrived at the store I only received a partial order. There was nothing on the packing slip showing the missing item as back ordered or unavailable. I was a little upset, but I got even more upset at the manager's response. He says this is all common. The company didn't really charge me for the entire order, they merely just authorized the entire amount. Well, no. One week later the charge to my credit card is the full charge including all of the items. The company didn't deduct the missing item like the manager implied or the amount was reversed and the correct amount charged. When I asked the manager why didn't they have the courtesy to notify me that they were only shipping a partial order, he replied that they're too busy and don't have the staff. I am stunned. Suffice to say I am getting a charge back with my credit card company as filed a formal complaint. I won't be buying again online from SS . I just came back from the Bellingham store and was surprised to see that the protein powders were $5 more per 2lb tub compared to the internet. Lame. Also, the one I wanted wasn't there so I had to buy a brand that I didn't want. The guy in the store suggested I call next time so that they can ensure they have the product or arrange to have it shipped to their store. Honestly, I'm sticking to buying the 5lb tubs online from now on. Shipping is free, you save the most money buying bulk, and i don't have to go through the hassles of exiting of the I-5 there. A good place to get vitamins and supplements. Hours are decent and staff is friendly and helpful. There is one item in particular that we've requested to be carried by them and was told that several others have asked for the same thing (Seren Oils). We don't like the one store in town that does sell it (poor business ethics) and SS looked into it and said they would not carry it because they don't have room on the shelf for it. If they carried this item we would buy all our supplements here (we buy maybe half of them here). For that reason and because the parking is terrible I gave it 3 stars. read more

The employees and the manager at Bellingham Super Supplements are fantastic! The only reason for only 3 stars has nothing to do with them. What it is for is the fact that ever since Super Supplements was bought out by Vitamin Shoppe. They keep pulling products I have bought there for years, such as the Now brand. So sad as Bellingham Super Supplements is such a great place to go; however, as more of my favorite products are being discontinues, I will have to take my business online. read more

They have a nice variety, the prices are comparable to other places and best of all, their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be going there for all of my supplement needs. Great store, helpful staff. I went in for the first time last week and was greeted and helped by very knowledgeable staff. The lady helping me informed me about several options of the product I was looking for and when I made my selection she provided me with a coupon for $2 off! The return policy is very forgiving; the supplements I purchased ended up being not quite right for me so when I went back today, they exchanged the open bottle no problem. This store is fantastic! I was so happy when I discovered it by accident when shopping for a product online and it referred me to super supplements and in my area! Yay!
