This Company sold me a bottle of contaminated vitamin A and refused to stand behind their 60-day money back guarantee. Upon taking the product, I was so sick and dizzy, followed by violent vomits, as a result, I missed work. I called my doctor, and my doctor said the product must be contaminated and they need to report it to the health department for the contaminated batch. I reached out to the Company and was going in circle with them, they simply refused to refund me, even though it is within 60-day. Seeking Health has literally been life changing. Ever since getting COVID over 4 years ago, it sent my body haywire. I have been ordering from this company for some years now because I do love their products. The problem is they are not able to keep their products in stock. At one point, I was told that those customers who were on AutoShip were first to be filled, and that whatever was left, was left for other customers who weren't on AutoShip. I've then signed up for AutoShip and continued to experience the same problem with multiple items being out of stock. on several occasions the items were out of stock for 2-3 months. When this continued to happen, I discontinued AutoShip and discontinued ordering from Seeking Health for a while. At some point, I began ordering again, and kept all my items on auto-ship however they weren't able to keep items in stock then either. They said it was related to the pandemic however four years later, this continues to happen with them. While I realize there can be issues with supply demand, this should be something that the company takes into serious consideration and addresses with all of its attention. Of the multivitamins that I've taken in the past, many are no longer listed or carried, and due to the fact that I cannot take any multivitamin with methylfolate, I am left to take whichever items don't contain that. Currently there's only 6 listings of multivitamins, one being a kids chewable, so that leaves five left, and of those five, three are out of stock, leaving two left which contain methyl folate. My other point being here that of the six multivitamins three are out of stock and one is a child's formula. Again while I believe in like their products the fact that you cannot count on your items regularly being in stock is not only disheartening it's very frustrating. Not only did I receive the wrong supplements ($200) in the mail, they charged almost $60 for postage and only paid $30, then refused to refund shipping on an order which was their mistake. (We don't refund shipping). Really, very disappointing and hugely unethical. read more
