It looked very clean when I entered but it does need some tender loving care and cleaning around the baseboards. Bathroom is pretty dirty. However, machines are great and dryers fast. If in the area, I would definitely return to this laundromat. There's even outside seating in back and you can enjoy the view of the river.

When I went back to the cleaner to ask them about it I was told that if they had found it they would have thrown it in the trash. I really could not believe this! We called the next day and spoke to the Manager who claims to have looked everywhere for it, but could not find it. When we picked up the cleaning my Wife's silk blouse was not properly cleaned and it had pulls in the fabric where they had done something, the manager said it was where they had tried to scrub out a stain. This company does not care about your property and should not be trusted with anyone's cleaning.

She was mad and accused me of telling lies about her business. Which was a lie in itself. Their machine tore apart a brand new comforter, which they refuse to take responsibility for. Said for me not to come back. Was in my face practically. Never want to use your machines again. Been a year and your stuff still doesn't work. Why else would I ask for quarters if the machine had worked properly both times. Never a problem would have happened.
