Today it was VERY cold inside the laundromat. I understand that they keep the AC on to offset the dryers but today was uncomfortably cold and we were forced outside to warm up. At one point I went to to window to let them know what was going on and the girl was quite rude. A few minutes later the manager came out and he was quite rude. Not going into details about their behavior but suffice to say it was uncalled for. This was the first interaction we'd ever had with any of the staff at this facility and it was quite shocking. I don't believe in paying someone to be rude to me. We were averaging 6 washers plus dryers weekly so we were spending on average $20.00 per week. That's translates to (11 months = 44 weeks @ $20.00 per week) $880.00 we have spent at this facility. We have another 6 months till our house is finished so that translates to (6 months = 24 weeks @ $20.00 per week) $480.00 we'll be spending g somewhere else.
