Then 2 weeks ago, I requested cleaning using the same number I have used to schedule monthly for years via text. Usually I just ask for service any day of the week, but this time I needed a specific day, so requested confirmation that it would fit in the schedule. No one answered, so i sent another message 4 days later asking to confirm the schedule. Again no answer. It was now the weekend before Thanksgiving and I had to scramble to find someone else to clean prior to guests arriving. I sent a final message saying that I would find another service, since I had not heard back, and hoped all was well. Never got a reply. It's a shame because they always did a good job cleaning the house, but communication needs to improve.

Now my vacation rental gets 5 stars for most stays even though it is an older unit built in 1950. I love Lorena and Joe. I have also used them to deep clean my elderly aunt's home after she moved to an assisted living. They were fast, efficient and thorough. Lorena is very detailed oriented and leaves my VR sparkling each time. The little things in addition to all the regular cleaning one normally thinks about like baseboards, window sills and under the beds are never dusty or dirty, the stove is always clean and she even checks the cupboards to make sure nothing was put away less than clean by a guest.
