This is after a confirmation of schedule conflict and then confirming that 3:30 was a good time. Then nope it was our case was closed and I was belligerent for being so angry having rescheduling my entire day based on their confirmation that it was a go. Now we are told to just get another provider which I think sounds best based on prior reviews and lack of respect we are shown. Don't do any business with this company as they assume you're the problem and they claimed they are scars of us. Wow we are way more scared of the lack of service they didn't provide. Look elsewhere and save yourself the time.

Beware! This company changed monitoring services some time ago and did NOT notify customers. Alerts…read morewere received last night on several of our phones and identified as Spam (on both Android and Apple devices) so went unanswered. MG said they had sent out a notice to all customers but there has been NOTHING since the renewal invoice last March. This could have been really bad. Emergency was sent to the home but County did not have the lock box code. Evidently had never been given my MG. Another no-no. Talked to customer service and they said they were sending a copy of the notification (but has not been rec'd as yet, so where do we go from here?) Also said they would provide the County with the lock box code. AFTER 5 years with the device. They are lucky we have never had a real problem or their company would be on the chopping block. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Devices work but that doesn't help if their systems are not in place. Each time you call you get a different answer. I believe that their personnel change so often that no one has the real answer. Will be researching other emergency device providers so that we can assure our mom is taken care of in the future.
