I scheduled a tow 5 hours in advance after my car broke down, and I even arranged an Uber to get to work, trusting they'd keep their word. After two exhausting 12-hour shifts at a hospital, I showed up at the scheduled time only to find that no one was coming. No one even bothered to notify me of the delay, leaving me stranded at my broken-down car with no support and an additional 2-hour wait. This lack of communication and disregard for my time is unprofessional and unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who values reliability or courtesy. They've completely wasted my time and shown zero respect for my situation. **Edit** I just want to add that according to the company, they have a very bad flow of communication towards their team. Their lack of proper communication and planning leads to unprofessional service. I am pleased that I now must wait an additional 1 1/2 to 2 hours minimum for my service with only $25 off my $106 total fee, not including the $70 of Uber charges. It was that or Uber again home and try another time.
