However, it went downhill very fast after he dropped off my car in a place totally opposite of what I requested. He refused to help move it after he stated he would move it closer to my home. Colin provided nothing but excuses stating he needed to get to another job. Then he jumped in his truck and without helping or saying goodbye. The supervisor didn't do anything either after I told him about my experience. Horrible service all around! Since everything had to come off anyway, I bought a package deal online from Detroit Axle that included new bearings, rotors, and brake pads for all four wheels. Angel was incredibly accommodating and explained he could easily install the parts I provided.I shopped around for mobile mechanics in the Valrico/Riverview area, and Fair Tech was by far the most affordable. Out of the first five mechanics I called, two never responded and three were significantly more expensive than Angel. Quick Heads-Up: Google still lists Fair Tech as a mobile mechanic, but Angel has since opened a small garage and works out of that physical location now.The turnaround time was fantastic. I dropped my car off around 10:00 AM yesterday. They already had a car on the lift but assured me mine was next.
