While I appreciated the prompt dispatch, the experience that followed was highly unprofessional and concerning: Appearance and Conduct of the Tow Operator: The individual who arrived was dressed in ill-fitting clothing that exposed his lower abdomen and backside and was wearing Crocs, attire that does not reflect the professionalism expected from a reputable service provider. Improper Handling of the Motorcycle: The operator took photos of my motorcycle but then asked me to push the 400+ lb bike onto the truck myself. I was also asked to stand on the truck bed and hold the bike in place while he adjusted the bed, despite the bike not being secured. This posed a serious safety risk. Unclear Payment Process: When I inquired about payment, the operator was unsure and had to make a phone call. I was later told I would receive a text message, which added to my concern about the legitimacy of the service. Damage to the Motorcycle: Upon delivery, my wife observed that the bike had already been unloaded before the operator knocked on the door. She immediately noticed visible scratches. When I returned home after my 12-hour nursing shift, I was shocked to find extensive damage that had not been present prior to the tow. This includes: Multiple scratches along the right side A visibly compressed gas tank, likely from improper tie-down Misaligned components This motorcycle is brand new with only 300 miles on it. Prior to the tow, it had only a minor scratch on the tailpipe and a missing bolt cover, both of which were documented. I was also informed that your company has photos showing damage, which I find misleading given the bike's pristine condition before the tow. They lied about pricing even when i confirmed 3 times to get me to tow it to their lot instead of the repair shop. They told me it would be $150 for the tow to a repair shop but since it was out of traffic the tow to their lot would be just the milage of the tow and $30 a night for storage. I came the next morning to $430 charge. The most unpleasant and rude man I have ever encountered was running the yard. After hours for them to let me in the yard they held my car hostage for the full payment. I called and talked to 3 managers who were all aggressively rude while i was courteous and respectful. Predatory tow companies like this should be shut down. Its sad that people like this exist and are allowed to stay in business.
