Needed some of my original artwork printed on watercolor paper for Christmas gifts. Henrik was very helpful and explained how it would work and which system would give the best results. He scanned my art on to a disc and did the prints on watercolor paper. The results were so good that they looked identical to my original work. I saw some of the Christmas cards that people were picking up while I was there. After seeing the beautiful work, I'm doing my Christmas cards here from now on. My Mother suddenly passed away and we decided to throw a celebration of life party. Documenting family history is very important to me so finding a photo lab that can accommodate those needs is a must. After surviving a Catastrophic wildfire in Northern California I moved to Laguna Beach to heal and start over, with some of the pictures I was able to save. CD's are Obsolete and no one was able to print off of the CDs except Supercolor Imaging. The quality they produce is hard to match along with professional, kindhearted service. i LOVEE it here!!! 1000% best film developing/print place i've been to! i've been to quite a few shops and this is by far my favourite place. i don't think i've ever had to wait longer than 8 hours to get scans or prints of 35mm film!! not even a whole day! like literally within HOURS!! that's crazy! other places will take WEEKS to send you scans, and don't even get me started on how long prints sometimes take. i've never been anYWHERE else that can do that, (including LA) and their prices are crazy affordable too!! i'm a broke college student so film photography can be an expensive hobby for me; i really appreciate Supercolor's pricing! i've also ordered larger prints and big posters for school and they've been super high quality for very cheap! Unprofessional and rude!!! They told me I'm not a professional photographer because "professional photographers shoot JPG" (yes, they really said that!). They refused to delete my photo of my child from their computer even though I had not signed any papers allowing them to use my photo and they were really rude about it too. Do NOT go here! Go to ANY other place in Laguna! The photo quality was decent. Not great. I would've gotten the same photo quality with a regular photo printer. read more

I had been looking around for someone reliable to scan and print my original watercolors and finally found Supercolor imaging. I have been to several other printers in the past, but had a hard time sticking with someone because the quality of the prints were unreliable or un-true to the originals from the start. I was so happy to find Supercolor when I did. The quality of the watercolor giclees are amazing! They have printed at least 30+ art quality prints that I have since sold to very happy homes, and I have been thrilled with all of them. Henrik has always been extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. He works closely with me to make sure every scan and print are of the highest quality. As a bonus, the printing services are fast! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS....My wife and I have been customers 3 times and every time we have gone, it seems even the simplest printing task causes difficulty and confusion. The printers are outdated and so not able to print true-to-color hi-def photos. Their prices are also ridiculously high. For example, we had a few simple pages of text scanned, costing a dollar a page, which is fine. But then they charged $5 to email the scanned file to us. Seriously?! $5 for sending an email? I can get a damn pizza delivered to my house in a snow storm for less than that. After 3 attempts to support a local business, no more. Simply awful. read more

I have been a customer of this fabulous shop for well over a decade. Henrik is first and foremost, great at handling photos, and they always provide the best customer service. He has helped me with reinvigorating very old, faded photos of my grandmother and others in my family; He helped with digitalizing some of my photo albums, (I plan to continue until they are all digitalized). While in a cast for a broken wrist, he accepted my large trash bag of photos in their frames, and said "I'll take care of them". He did a great job, the frames were neatly boxed up, the photos secured and I now had them digitally available. I have sought help from Henrik for birthdays, funerals, memorial services; gifts; weddings; recently, on last minute notice, I showed up with photos for my family's multiple birthdays. He patiently worked with my multi-level order (2 of this one, 4 of that one, etc). Their list of services is long, varied and diverse, even including cd or disc conversion. Supercolor Imaging is a fantastic! I just had them digitally scan all of our old family photo albums, VHS tapes and mini Dvd's, the turn around time and quality was wonderful. We had over 1400- 335mm slides to develop, and Henrik & his team at Supercolor Imaging came thru earlier then expected.
