Went two days ago. What an unprofessional and inexperienced place. The stylists don't know what they are doing. My stylist kept commenting about how my hair is so dry, and was tugging on my hair and making comments the entire time. My hair is not dry at all, she didn't know what she was doing. She also put a ton of choppy layers in it, i just wanted a very simple face frame and a small trim, dry cut. She completely butchered it and took off a good 3 inches. I have a few events to attend and she messed it up bad. I would avoid at all costs. read more

Went yesterday to see if I could get a haircut. They were busy, and said I could wait, and they could probably fit me in. I wasn't in a hurry, so I waited. They even called another location to see if they could get me in. In the end, the stylist gave me a great wash, perfect cut, and had time for a blowout. They even had my husband's hard to find hair product at a cheaper price than Amazon. I was very happy and will definitely return! read more

Don't even try. They will cancel your appointment on multiple occasions and not even offer a replacement appointment. No apologies. Zero value for customers time. If you value your time, Try somewhere else where appointments are honored so you don't waste half of your day. read more

I'm a dude. I asked for a trim and to leave my bangs just at my eyebrows. Nicole unevenly cut my bangs straight across the center of my forehead. I looked like Jim Carrey from Dumb and Dumber. There was absolutely no way to fix it. I have bad eye sight so when I don't have my glasses on, I can't really see how much they are cutting. I was absolutely embarrassed when I put my glass back on. When I was paying the other stylist even looked at me with a bit of a concerned face. I went home immediately and had to fix it myself. I contemplated just giving myself a buzz cut thats how bad it looked. She rushed the cut (15 minutes) and the music was horrendously loud as well, to the point I had couldn't even really hear her when she was talking. Should have trusted my gut when I walked in and couldn't even sit in the waiting area comfortably. Absolutely horrible experience. read more

my stylist was Nicole and she was fantastic. I went in with my hair needing to be fixed because I cut it myself. she was understanding and made me feel comfortable. she took the time to let me know I had some colics in my hair. she explained to me how she could texture my hair to help it lay right. First, let me say Alyssa deserves 5+ stars. My 3 star rating is because of Supercuts policy that you can only make an appointment 1 hour in advance. It's a stupid policy. This is clearly a policy the us designed for the company, and not the customers. It is inconvenient, and makes it difficult for people with busy schedules. If it wasn't for Alyssa's skill and engaging personality I would go elsewhere. And how is it that when I try to make an appointment one hour in advance, there are bookings ahead of me for 1 1/2 hours? read more

Worst experience ever. The hair stylists there are not professional. I told the hairdresser to cut my hair only 3 inches and showed her exactly where and she proceeded to chop my hair off 6 inches and after the first cut was made, there was nothing that could've been done to fix it. I have a huge event in the next week and my hair definitely does not look the way I want it to. I had a traumatizing experience and am extremely dissatisfied with this place. Although it's cheap, it's not that much cheaper than going to actual salons who have experienced hairdressers and won't chop your hair off and try to get your haircut over with in less than 10 minutes. I took my child here for the first time based on some of the reviews. It was very easy to make an appointment. When we got there we didn't have to wait very long which was nice. I would like to suggest that the music that is played be turned down. It was ridiculously loud when we walked in. It was really difficult to talk to each other without having to yell. Most salons I've been to the music is in the background and softly played. The stylist we had was nice. I did notice when we got home however that my child's hair was really uneven. The lovely girl who cut my hair obviously perceived my desire to forgo the conversation. Personally I am utterly appalled at my experience with this place. At 11:30am we walk into the salon and promptly greeted by a lady. She asks if we called ahead and responded by saying no. She quickly says they are very busy with back to school and suggests that I should have called. First, I didn't realize they were by appointment, but I guess the policy has changed. She says that the earliest she could get us in would be 12:45pm. I told her that it would not work for us and left. Around 1pm I called and asked if there would be any availability in the afternoon and the person on the phone said I should come in around 2:15pm and maybe they could get me in at that time. Myself, my son and my daughter who have been there on countless occasions in 5 years show up at 2:08pm and wait until 2:25pm. We are now with the same lady whom we spoke with in the morning. She puts a booster seat down and gestures my son to sit down. He starts squirming and starts to become frustrated and uncomfortable. I said that he will sit on my lap and then starts putting capes on both of us. She asks what I want for him and I said that we can do trimmers because he has had them before. My son is 2 with a speech delay and can't communicate clearly by speaking his frustrations. She kept asking me what size trimmers, what to use, how to trim....making me very confused. I truly am not familiar with hair or how to cut, hence why I was at a HAIR SALON for a SERVICE and she could have made some suggestions! I have no idea what to use or how to use it on a 2 year old boy. I mentioned that I just wanted it cleaned up and trimmed. She starts using the trimmer and he was calm for a few moments. Hair starts falling all in his face, making him frustrated and then starts crying. She continues to use a scissors, and clumps of hair are falling so much into his face that he is screaming, and crying and very frustrated. The other girls were staring, not once did anyone try to calm the situation or see what else could be done to finish or make his hair somewhat presentable so we could stop...but had the time to stare and to look at us like he was a nuisance. In fact the lady that was cutting his hair just kept chopping trying to get it over with while my son was so frustrated, screaming and crying. So much hair was all over the place that I was covered, my sons face was covered, and he was coughing cause hair was in his mouth. In fact the lady asked us if we needed a towel so we could wipe his face. SERIOUSLY, this is a 2 year old boy!!! I wanted to get out of there so bad, my boy kept saying Yuck Mommy, Yuck! The lady kept suggesting what was wrong, and what happened, and what's the matter. He has been there on other occasions and no problems. I have never wanted to get out of a place as bad as I did in that moment. In fact it was best my children were with me and I couldn't say anything. In fact the 5 minutes it took to drive home he kept touching his hair saying Yuck Mommy, Yuck, No and crying. Mind you it took 15 minutes in a tub to wash all the hair from his face, neck and body. I am utterly distraught over this situation. I will never recommend, or step foot into this place again. Going forward you should be more sensitive to children's needs if you call this a "family friendly" place! I have never spent one day in Cosmetology school but just because you have a licence and passed, that might not give you the credentials to be caring and sensitive! Thank you for the next time he needs a hair cut, considering the chopped up job that was done to get us out of there, I will have to do this all over in another week or so!! read more
