I asked her for a dry haircut because I knew a wash is $20 more, but she insisted on a wash so I thought it would be complimentary but she still charged me $20 AND $15 for 2 strands of curtain bangs along my jawline. I didn't even like the haircut since she didn't cut my hair the way I asked her to :( I was just going to deal with the bad haircut because she was so nice and helpful during the cut, but a day later I was so stressed for paying over $100 for my hair to look the same. The only downside was the front desk staff / spa attendants not communicating to the kitchen that we had the meal package. So after a 30-ish minute delay and a very sweet chef explaining the situation to us in the dining area, we finally were able to enjoy our orange chicken and rice meal. 5/5 for the meal, 3/5 for the unnecessary delay caused by front desk/attendant staff. She spent extra time on my trouble area, as requested, and my overall experience with her was great. I wanted more time, but only booked for 50 minutes. I left Daired's relaxed and felt like I was walking on a cloud. Torei gets 5-stars Next time I'll be sure to choose Torei for my massage service. My only critique is for the front desk. Upon arriving, I indicated I was there for an appointment and provided the name of the person I booked with. The front desk person didn't mention that my masseuse would be different. Once I provided the name of the person my appointment was with (based on my confirmation email) that was an opportunity to provide another layer of customer service from the front desk and mention the appointment showed with someone else, since Daired's made the change to the appointment. In general, it's not good practice to rely only on technology to make a customer aware of changes to their appointment that Daired's made.
