Robin bleached out the blue then proceeded to only put the dark brown on my roots; the rest was light blonde. She didn't even try to blend the colors together, there was a straight line of dark brown and then super light blond. So I went back and asked if she could bring the brown down more and feather in blond tips, but she ended up just globbing on brown dye in random places giving me this stripey raccoon look. There are spots of lighter hair in places and the tips are not blended at all. One side of my head is much lighter than the other. I'm so disappointed especially because I've had my hair done by robin before and she did an excellent job. Now I look like a hobo raccoon and I have no idea how I'm going to fix this.

I started going to Supercuts after having a really bad experience elsewhere. I think that by now, just about every stylist there has cut and/or colored my hair. Each one of them takes the time to find out and give you what you want. They keep the salon clean, are not catty, and are like one big family. Everyone gives positive attitude to everyone else(whether they work there or are a customer). The last few times I have had highlights put in my hair, I saw Sara. Not only does she do an awesome job, but she goes above and beyond, and is so much fun to be around! She remembers each customer on a personal level! I LOVE my latest cut and highlights! I would totally recommend Supercuts at Prestige Plaza. The prices are reasonable, the stylists are great! :) read more

My girlfriend had a terrible experience at Supercuts recently. She went in for a simple hair dye, and it turned into a disaster. First of all, the stylist didn't listen to what she wanted at all. She specifically asked for a simple black color, but ended up with a patchy, uneven shade that looks nothing like what she requested. The dye job itself was poorly done. Her scalp was stained, and some areas of her hair are completely missed, while others are over-saturated. It's clear that the stylist didn't take the time to ensure even application or proper technique. read more

Tarah is friendly, professional, and most importantly quickly understood what I wanted and delivered nicely.
