I came with a 4 week old haircut from another salon that really wasn't that good. I learned with balayage the highlights are applied the way the hair flows so Molly had her work cut out for her. She took the time to analyze my hair and determine how best to apply the highlights. Molly was also friendly and upbeat... which i find to be very important when I'm getting my hair done. I mean you are being pampered... who wants anything but positive, upbeat and happy. The salon itself was quiet as I went on a Sunday, but the owner was very friendly and happy too. You can see the orange tones and uneven color in the pictures and I spent around $500 between the two sessions there (before tip).
