Yet, this same patient had foot massage before Christmas a few times and the issue was not a big deal. This time, Nicole demanded a doctor's order. We really don't understand this massage therapist's quandary when massage is one of the best for any inflammatory condition, she sent a certificate for discount, and she had performed this on the patient many times prior; very strange reversal.

When I informed the front desk that I could no longer wait, the receptionist was dismissive and argumentative. To make matters worse, she insisted I would still be charged for the appointment--even though no service was provided. I was charged $45 for nothing. That's not just poor time management--it's unacceptable customer service. I've disputed the charge with my credit card company. I'm not new to salons, and I understand delays happen. But professionalism means respecting your client's time, communicating clearly, and owning your mistakes. Bungalow failed on all counts. I will not be returning. They are fairly inexpensive but not worth the aggravation of poor time management.

Conversations about farming or home remodeling are just as welcome as conversations about style and fashion. 2. The stylists support each other as a team. I haven't noticed any of the backstabbing and competition which ruin some salons. 3. The ventilation is excellent. I'm unable to even walk into many salons because of the heavy chemical smell. She didn't care at all, never asked one question about me and if she talked it was about herself the entire time. When I told her it was too choppy I was told my hair was too thick! She took less than 10 minutes to cut my hair and watched as she haphazardly cut it in pieces quickly without trying to properly layer.
