Booked with jizzelle & initiated most of the convo , asked for a blunt cut with face framing . She went in with a dry cut before you know it I was butchered under 5 minutes , I was given layers when not asking for them , let alone hairs not having connection with the layers due to the poor cut . I noticed when I left I had multiple long strands of long untouched hair , it was completely uneven and one side had way more hair cut so I asked to come back & she allowed the next day . it somehow got worst , the front and top layer of my head (50%) is in a bowl & I might as well have asked for a mullet . I wish she would have just said she wasn't familiar with the cut instead of playing in people's faces . I'm devastated & wouldn't recommend. read more

Came in early this morning @ 9:35 am on 12/17 & the shop was closed, super unprofessional. I tried calling and no answer, lights were off upon arrival. I called a little after 1pm again, and was able to get an appointment with the manager jitselle for a different day due to my availability. read more

I needed my hair trimmed and knew I shouldn't do it myself. Super Cuts sign said walk-ins welcome. Since it had just opened, I was the first client. Lucky me! Janet trimmed my hair, evened up sections I'd previously attempted myself and blew it dry. She was the gentlest hairdresser dresser I've ever had. Since it was freezing outside, I had her blow dry it before I left. My experience was very relaxing and professional at the same time. The ambient background music was softer than many salons; so communication was at a normal level. I personally recommend trying Super Cuts. Great cut and value in a short time. They never meet the appointments you scheduled and when your five minutes behind they fang you for being late and make you wait. It makes no sense I have had appointment for noon and didn't get seen until 1pm. They need a better system and more staff. I took my son in about a week ago. Jizelle was the one who cut it, well more like butchered it. My go to stylist was Janett, I loved her. She always did a phenomenal job on my son's and my husband's hair. Unfortunately she's no longer there anymore, so I had to find someone else to cut my son's hair. Dont waste your time getting a membership here. Was a customer for 8 months, every time I scheduled an appointment they would be 20-30 minutes late. They always said they over booked themselves so sometimes I had to leave because they give you an attitude due to their inability of scheduling. They blame the customer for overbooking. They ask you to book online then when you arrive tell why you didn't book by phone. Get it together supercuts! What's the whole point of making an appointment and getting here 5 minutes before your appoint just to wait 25 minutes for a haircut. You need to stop scheduling two-three people at the same time with just one person working. Ridiculous. Stood around for 5 mins before I was greeted. A lady sweeping up hair asked if I had an appointment. Uhhhh this is Supercuts, not a high end salon. I've always went in as a walk in. Why was today any different? I went in at 1:20pm and was told I'd have to come back after 5pm if I wanted my son to get a haircut because she had a 1:30 appointment. Ok... it was 1:20. How long does it take to give a 5 year old boy a haircut? I told her I was good and I'd go somewhere else. Never again. I have to say we were not satisfied with the customer service the 2 ladies provided in regards to my 8 yr old son. We walked in at 6:35pm, the older lady who was sweeping asked who is getting haircut, my husband said it's for my 8 yr old son. The younger lady with blonde hair said, "we dont take anymore people for haircuts, we close at 7. Really.....it was 25 mins before close and second of all why would your doors still be open as if you guys are taking people in?....that is downright wrong and I do not appreciate their service. I go in once a year for a cut here for the past 3 years and twice before I had the stylist across from the front desk (I forgot her name :(.. ) cut my hair and she is awesome-- and has dealt with giving me a fresh start with my hair and recently I had a different stylist (Toni) do my cut and she was awesome! Wish I could give this location zero stars, because that is what they deserve, and that is being generous. I strongly do not recommend this location! I checked in at home for 10:30. I got there at 10:22, and gave my name at the counter, and sat down. At 10:44, a hairdresser (larger female) said that they couldn't do a color and cut on me. I looked toward someone who was having a color 'in progress' and the hairdresser said well, that's one but there aren't anymore. I then asked why I was just then being told this when I had been there for OVER 20 minutes. She had nothing to say except that they couldn't do it. Really disappointed. I called the customer support (they have been wonderful). They said that Andrea, the area leader would contact me. Three days later, still nothing from Andrea. Called back (they were apologetic) and they escalated the situation to Penny, the District Leader. Two days go by...nothing from Penny. Called back to customer support (very understanding about my frustration) they escalated it yet again to the area VP. Four days later, still heard nothing. Called customer support and they said that someone tried to call but that I didn't answer and they don't leave messages with a callback number. I ask this, IF he/she called, why don't they leave a message without a callback number? The customer support had no answer but seemed to echo that there should have been some sort of message left. I gave them my e-mail so that I could be e-mauled if they didn't want to leave a message on voicemail. That was 5 days ago. I still have not had any sort of contact from anyone. With the lack of concern and customer service from management, it's no wonder the local store runs the way it does. It sickens me that a corporation is that unconcerned about their customers. Took my mom in to get a hair cut. We waited maybe 5 minuets. She had 3 colors happening on her head, and she wanted to cut off at least one but was nervous about looking bald. The hairstylist only spoke English and my mom only speaks Spanish, so i explained to her what she wanted. She did a really good job about asking questions to make sure she understood what my mom wanted. While waiting I decide to get my hair cut too. My hair was kind of a mess, the last time they saw scissors was when i decided to cut it myself. I explained to the hairstylist what was wrong with it and that i eventually wanted to grow it out longer. After evening it out she gave me her suggestions and proceeded. Both my mom and I are very happy with the way our hair turned out. Unfortunately I didn't catch either one of the lady's names, but they both did a great job and were very friendly. The only negative thing i would say (and not that big of a deal) is that out of the 3 hairstylist there only one spoke Spanish. My mom only speaks Spanish so she would possibly hesitate going on her own. read more

I made an appointment online and had to wait just a couple of minutes. Clean, bright, not noisy or chaotic. My stylist's name was Brittany, and I got a wash and cut. She was fantastic! Really friendly, helpful, nice to chat with. She answered all my many questions... even when I asked where to find a good carwash. Earlier when I was at their site to make an appointment, there was a promo which promised $2 off your next visit if you signed up. So I signed up, and then I checked in. I never got anything about that $2 off, but when I told Brittany she gave me the discount anyway. And my hair looks awesome read more

So a few months back I went to the salon to get my haircut there are few people in front of me and I put my name on the list to be the next in line as to how long the wait would be the lady said about 45 minutes so I told her I'd be right back I just ran across the street to Jack In The Box to grab some food I ate that was quick came back I got back in about 35 minutes and it was about 9:45 and nobody was in there it was just me and one hair stylist and I was like cool I can get my hair done and she refused to cut my hair because she said she had an appointment at 10. I don't have long hair and it was odd to me that she literally just told me with me being the only customer there a 15-minute window she refused to cut my hair I asked for her name and her employee ID so I can file a complaint against her she then picked up the phone and threatened to call the police on me saying that I was threatening her at which point one of her co-workers walked in I told her co-worker that she is being obnoxious and that I wanted her information so that way I can contact her boss and she's going to call the cops on me I told her that she can go ahead and call the cops that you can't legally call the cops on somebody for asking for information to file a complaint. then I when I called their number to actually filed the complaint with them I was also informed that it is Supercuts policy like corporate policies they do not take appointments so even the information on Yelp that says by appointment only is incorrect so this lady was wrong in so many different ways and I have refused to take myself or any of my family members there anymore as a disabled vet of the United States military I believe that Supercuts which they do have a lot of those around military bases and I have got my haircut at them before I just couldn't believe that this is their employee and that they allowed and tolerated her type of behavior in the way she was treating customers I will never go there again read more

She also recommended a product ( I purchased the travel size to try first) and I loved it. She knew exactly what I needed. She is friendly, bilingual and professional. If you want a specific person, you should call ahead and make an appointment. If you don't keep your appointment time, you'll have to come again because this place is always full. *Well it's not a high end salon, but I get a nice haircut. That's why I like it. My wife & I recently moved to this area and saw the ads for Supercuts. I figured this should be a great place for a haircut and a place to send my wife to spoil her as well. Today I got a call from my wife almost in tears at the level of service and the lack of professionalism experienced by her. I love to see my wife happy as any husband would, but to hear she spent almost $30 and now have to go home and redo her hair herself is just absolutely ridiculous. My wife knows how her hair should be done, but they weren't even open to points from her as to how to do her hair. I am really disappointed in how they treated her and how they were unwilling to listen to her. Sad. read more

I went there Tuesday evening because online it says they close at 8:00 pm. I parked in front of the store and noticed there were two girls working, and one gentleman getting his hair cut. As I approached the door, I noticed all three were staring at me. I opened the door and said, "why is everyone staring at me?" The girl doing nothing says, "Sir, we close at 8 o'clock". I say good, it's not quite a quarter to eight. The other girl was handing the guy she was working on a mirror to check out his haircut. The girl doing nothing says we're almost closed. I said "Your open, it's not eight yet, your open sign is still on, but your not going to cut my hair. She says "Sorry" . I said "Thanks" and left. Note that I gave this place one star. But for the record it's a minus one star. Supercuts, you just lost a customer that is one heck of a tipper. I'm never going back. Also you shouldn't say anything about a potential customer in front of other customers. Which is exactly what you did. I know this because all three of you were staring at me as I walked in. I called in to make an appointment at 430pm, but was told that they can only book me at 530pm since it was busy. Ok, agreed. I came in late at 6pm, and was told by one of the staff that they had removed me from the list for that reason. Ok, it was on me, I was late. I asked if I could just wait since I'm already there, the staff said ok. I waited for like 45mins then was told that they're sorry they cannot accomodate me anymore. Seriously?! They could have just told me that right away instead of making me wait for almost an hour and making me believe that I can still get a haircut! People at Supercuts need some proper training on customer service! I rarely complain about something and very tolerant. But what they did triggered me to make this review! Please don't come to this place if you're looking for a good service. This place has no respect for people. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. read more
