I had mentioned a previous manicure that had been poorly done and she was very observant to what I had said and ensured I was happy with the shape and length of my nails. I asked the stylist for a shag and even showed her pictures…read more She seemed to understand and I was expecting a minimum of 2" cut off all over to achieve this cut but all she did was blend the layers I already had, barely cutting off any hair. I made several comments that I wanted it much shorter and that she could maybe take a razor and take out some of the bulk, but all she did was gaslight me, make excuses, telling me my hair already has a lot of layers. I was never offered the complimentary hand/ arm massage which was a disappointment, and I walked out with the same bad cut I came in with. After much thought, I decided to call to request either a refund or a redo with a different stylist. I'm glad I called because they were able to match me with a master stylist a couple days later who gave me the exact cut I wanted. Holly was so wonderful, and she really listened to what I wanted. I will definitely be going back to her. I gave them 4 starts because my initially visit was such a nightmare and I had to go back.
