I usually get a gel pedi and even though that's not what I was booked for, she reiterated that she was happy to make it happen, which she did. I had mentioned a previous manicure that had been poorly done and she was very observant to what I had said and ensured I was happy with the shape and length of my nails. I was never offered the complimentary hand/ arm massage which was a disappointment, and I walked out with the same bad cut I came in with. After much thought, I decided to call to request either a refund or a redo with a different stylist. I'm glad I called because they were able to match me with a master stylist a couple days later who gave me the exact cut I wanted. Holly was so wonderful, and she really listened to what I wanted.
