I booked an appointment for 345 and received a confirmation email booking my appointment. The day of my appointment at 120 I received a voice stating there was an error with my appointment time in the system and that they stylist was not available until 500. When I called back to speak what then I was advised she was running an 1.5 hours behind and that is why I needed to move to 500. I told them I was unable to make this time and asked if there was someone else there that could get me in sooner. They said yes, and booked me for 330. I arrive at 330, check in, and sat for 30 mins. The stylist then comes out and says she has another client and asked if I can wait an additional 30 mins. At this time I said I could not, as I already told them 500 was too late, 430 is not much better when my appointment was at 330. Instead of telling me this when I checked in, I sat and waited for 30 mins. I told them I could not wait, and left. I found the customer service to be rude when I checked in as well. When I gave my name, I was given a lost look and the response back was short and a little rude (for someone who works at the front desk and is the "face" of the salon when you walk in) I would not recommend this location to my family or friend.
