I'm a big fan of this particular Supercuts. Yolanda is an excellent stylist and really knows how to give a great cut. Yolanda listens to what style you are interested in, does not frown when you bring in a photo of something you like, and is just overall very pleasant. Now my entire family goes to this establishment. Be sure to call ahead in the morning right when they open. There can still be a small wait when you get in but keep in mind that this is hair and no individual requires the exact same amount of time. THANK YOU YOLANDA!!! read more

I walked in at 4:25 today..... sign said open. They are open until 5 on Sundays. As soon as I sat down a woman asked "how can I help you" I said "I need a haircut" ( no idea why else I would be there) She looked at the clock and said.... " two people were ahead of me, and that they would not be able to get to me until after they closed". I responded "so do you want me to turn off your open sign on the way out". So I walked across the street to sports clips. Definitely more professional and will be in business longer than this place. Sports clips is also open until 5..... but they will cut your hair if you walk in at 4:59. Take some notes super clips.... Unbelievable. Do not go here and if you are going to, do not let mako cut your hair. She rushed through my haircut and completely cut off my left sideburn. When I pointed it out she got angry and said it was the same length as the right side. She gave me two combs to measure and of course they were clearly not equal. I was pretty frustrated but apparently she took it personally and threw me out of the salon. Ive never had a customer experience like this in my life. read more

Showed up as a walk in and was told they had no space for me. There was only one customer in the waiting area and two people cutting hair.

The manager Renee is my favorite stylist. She is great with long hair care. She follows instructions and she will discuss with you what she's going to do or what she recommends without being pushy. She is the only person who's been successful to help me grow out my hair past my butt. She's got a great dossier that includes high-end salons, but am so grateful her rates now that I try to make it up in tips. I love her and I try to make it a point to go to her when I visit Colorado. So yeah, I'm willing to pay $300 for the plane ticket. read more

Very poor service. Rude employee. Put my name on the list one hour previously and was told only one person in front of me and then came back in one hour and was told that now two people were ahead of me because the online reservation system doesn't work with the in store reservation list. That is ridiculous and poor customer service to those who actually walked in the store to get there name on the list. The one stylist I had was a complete and total disaster. I took my 4 year old for a haircut here. I told her I wanted a little boys cut, told her what size clippers to use on the sides and she basically just buzzed his hair and said she was done. She offered him a prize if he was good and then didn't give him anything. And when she overheard him asking about it, she just pretended not to hear. Never going here again! read more

Quite average place. The haircuts are pretty average. The wait can be a bit long and the estimated wait times are generally underestimated. I've had different people cut my hair; all were fairly friendly. Nothing stands out to make this better than average, though. read more

I came in the Monument Location with my child and the front desk/ stylist was not welcoming when we walked in and she asked for our name etc...entered our information into the computer. We sat down on our own, she did not ask us to take a seat and someone would be available shortly. She wasn't friendly when calling my child to receive the hair cut. She seemed unhappy being there and honestly it was just rude! So, I took my child by the hand and we left and took our business elsewhere. My child had a happier experience at a different salon and it was worth it! read more

I went here to get a balayage and hair cut. The hair cut was fine, just 2 inches off the bottom and some layers. The color is another story. I have dark hair and wanted light so I knew it would be an extra step and some orangy-ness. So then 4 days later, having my bright orange highlights I chose to go to a higher end salon. 2 stylists there took a look at my hair and said I should get a refund. Turns out it was extremely patchy and sloppily done. Also, the point of balayage is to be very soft, no harsh lines. The main salonist doing my hair later said that she thinks that the supercuts salonist did not tone my hair the right number. Like she should have used a different toner strength? Idk, not very educated on toners x) This was not the case. Some highlights on the top part of my hair looked like a bunch of straight, harsh lines of the orange, with the strokes not at all blended into the brown. Not sure about other services offered here, but I highly recommend not getting balayage. Also be aware of the appointment times. I personally got my appointment when scheduled. But I found other reviews of people upset about this. I bring this up because while I was there for 3 hours getting my hair done, there were people waiting and one man stood up and was real angry, saying he had been waiting there over 30minutes. They told him he could come back. He got more angry saying no, he didn't want to come back later and that is why he made an appointment... Luckily, I got my hair fixed at another salon, it just took a little longer since she had to fix the mistakes, and it is all beautiful now! This is just my experience, everything deserves a try if you have the money to take the risk! I am sure others have had better experiences. I just asked for a 0 low fade, she gave me a high 0 with no fade whatsoever. She made my hair look like a square. My bangs aren't even either. Worst haircut I've had, and I get them all the time being military. Now I have to find somewhere else to fix it, the only thing I can probably do is shave it. read more
