My husband took my son to get a cut before our trip and it was a horrendous, as you can see in the photos. I called them and spoke to the manager and said I would like it fixed or my money back. I showed up at the time she specified and waited over 20 minutes and couldn't wait any longer due to a previous engagement. I asked for my money back and the manager gave it back accompanied with an attitude. We've been here many times before and have not had this experience. But after an awful cut and awful customer service, we won't be back. read more

Horrendous experience. We walked in at 4:47 (they close at 5pm). It was to cut my son's hair (always very quick). Angelica didn't even get up when we entered. She asked "how many of us" and I stated my son and if they could squeeze in my husband, then that'd be ideal (knowing they were so close to closing). She looks at me from the back of the shop and tells me "we're closing", and my son promptly says "it's 4:47". Angelica responded with, "we'll if you want a 13 minute haircut"....I proceeded to ask for the manager's card and phone number where she told me with a LOT of attitude "you can see her on Monday". A different woman came out of the back, and did a fine job on my son's hair. When I prompted again for the manager's name and number, she stated there was no number she could give but I could speak with Caylin on Monday. I then asked her if there is a cut off time when they stop cutting hair that is posted anywhere ...and no, there wasn't, but then said "usually 10 minutes before". She also informed me "they had a really long day". Absolutely Ridiculous for being in the service industry....if you're open, you take the customer unless you state publicly that "cuts stop 10 minutes prior to close". Calyn is a miracle worker. the amount of times I have gone in to see if she could save me from my own terrible life choices is embarrassing. She always save the day for me regardless of how bad I've messed up my own hair. Wether I've cut it badly or my at home bleach job fried half of it off, she always finds a way to make me feel beautiful and put together. She is creative, innovative, and talented. Yesterday... 8/2/21 .. I was refused service because I had my service dog with me. I went in and while I was checking in another lady left her customer and walked up and whispered to the lady checking me in and then walked away. The lady checking me in told me they would get to me as soon as possible so me, my mom & my 5lb chiweenie sat down. 15 mins later the 2nd lady finished her customer and walked over to tell me that health department codes said that no dogs are allowed. My mom politely asked even service dogs? The lady said no dogs. Only seeing eye dogs are allowed. I then got up and walked out... I will not be going back and neither will anyone in my family. read more

I went in and no one acknowledge me as a customer. The staff in the cash register did not even nod her head to acknowledge. Supercuts has to train their staff customer service. Their job is service orientated. Does this institution only acknowledge "white" or "black" customers. I know it's not a racial thing, but nevertheless, if I would have been a "white" customer the staff would acknowledge me and will let me know that she'll be with me shortly. This Supercut in BWB Niceville, FL is not customer friendly, has no customer service and should not be doing what they are doing in this service orientated industry. If there's a way I could put less than a one star, I would. read more

I am a long time regular. Wouldn't let anyone but Anna or Kathleena cut my hair...they are good!

They are awful to people when they make a mistake they choose to make an excuse to not see the client again and I've been very patient even when they turned my hair bright orange. But instead of taking responsibility they say they don't want to see me anymore. The manager at the store blamed of the owner and the owner blamed the manager at the store. Good work guys I believe in karma I hope this pays you back somehow someway because the way you just did me was wrong. read more

I have had my hair cut here three times and all three times it was amazing. Rebecca has cut it the last two times and is truly an artist. I am 60 years old and she makes me look 20 years younger. Every single person I know who has seen me has commented very favorably about the cut (even some people I don't know). I posted a picture on facebook and again everyone loves it. My fiancee has his hair done there as well and it looks just as amazing as mine does. You should go there and let them take care of you. read more

My husband used to go to this location all the time. We went to get both of my boys hair cut today, as we walked in one of the girls at the counter was complaining about still being there, that she should have been off already. This is a huge turn off to start..I have days when I work that I don't want to be there but you better believe not a single one of my clients will ever know that. The other lady was telling a customer he should go to the Super cuts in the publix shopping center. I promptly turned my boys around and walked out. If you do not enjoy what you do in the customer service industry you should find something else that suits you better. Turning business away is a good way to loose clients forever. You just lost 3! read more

This is the location beside Winn Dixie. My wife was pretty torqued because she went in to have a cut and color done, they told her that they weren't doing anymore coloring today, and then proceeded to have a conversation with another patron about the nerve of walk in customers. I guess they won't have to worry about too much walk in business if the persist in treating their clients like that. read more

I have been here three times and had a different girl eveytime. All three times I left and went directly to another place to get my hair fixed. Once getting my hair stacked she simply cut it straight across the bottom and then again in the middle. It was horrid. I am still recouping from my last trip. My advice...if you like having a good haircut don't go here. read more

My five year-old daughter, Madison, took a pair of kiddie scissors and hacked off her waist-length, naturally wavy "mixed" hair. Since we just moved to the Freeport area from NC, I had no idea where to go to help Madison's hack job. I found Supercuts on Hwy 20 in Niceville, entered the salon and Holly greeted me(she was cutting hair). She asked what I needed and told me she would be right with me. Once we had my daughter in the chair, I told Holly my dilemma and she didn't even blink an eye. Being the true professional that she is, she proceeded to consult with me about how short to go and what she was going to do(trim it up but not cut the hair down to the nub to match the already short, to-the-scalp cut, instead, go a quasi asymmetrical, allowing the rest of her hair to catch up). She conversed with me and my daughter, putting my Madison at ease and encouraged me to return in about 8 weeks to keep things trimmed up as Madison's hair grew out. Holly was incredibly efficient, professional and personable. I've heard a lot of negatives about getting a haircut at any Supercuts, but Holly hit this one out of the ball park. Madison's hair looked great and it left a frazzled mother, feeling confident and peaceful. Quick, efficient, great price and personable. Works for me!! We will be back! read more

Great visit today With Calyn Sahler:) I was a walk in and a few were ahead of me. It wasn't a long wait. Calyn was an awesome provided very friendly, kind, patient and particular hair care. She discussed what she was doing to achieve the look I desired, which made me feel comfortable and confident in her abilities. I highly recommend Calyn. She takes pride in her profession....her goal is to make you feel your very best when you walk out the door. An added bonus: she smiled so much which I truly enjoyed.
