You see the next day I was going on a trip to the Northwest and need to freshen up my Winter wardrobe it had been a long time. Once inside not alot of shoppers but the fashion and prices made it to irresistible not to look. After I picked out a sweater dress, pants,sweaters, shoes and a coat I made my way to the fitting room. Lucky me everything fit great! As I made my way out grabbed a top for my sister's birthday as well as a knit cap with a pom pom on top for me. A little over$200 for eight items. Also with a purchase of $200 or more you get enrolled in a rewards program that gave me $10. off my next purchase here. Well the clothes all worked out great on my trip as I had picked out the perfect items. Look forward to returning soon unfortunately now that I let out this secret stop hopefully this won't lead to long lines. This place surprisingly had none as well as everyone who worked here was friendly and nice.

My only complaint is one that is all too common these days: Is it too much to ask that the person checking you out at the register says "hello" and "thanks"? If you're too busy trying to maintain your self-perceived image of coolness to properly greet and thank a customer because you think it's a sign of weakness, find another career. Customer service is not your thing. And learn some basic manners while you're at it.

Once you pass security you can peruse their clothes and accessories. Even though you can save hundreds of dollars I just can't justify it for my budget. a discounted purse is around $700. It wasn't a manufacturing defect, the issue was actually the wrong size, which explained everything. On top of that, another pair I had purchased from a different reseller had the same problem, and Natalia took care of it as well, arranging the repair without hesitation. Not only was she exceptional, the entire team at the store was polite, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping. They handled everything with care and professionalism, and it really speaks to how they keep clients coming back. Zegna Bal Harbour earned my respect, and definitely my loyalty.

Yeah yeah, i was warned, but it was soo cheap! $7 for Tshirt, $15 for polo, $20 for long sleeves shirt.. I was afraid for some funny looks from the workers there when returning the stuff, since I'm far from their targeted customers. I returned my items smoothly. And recieved a 25% off coupon. This is where they get you!! Lol I didnt need anything but a clearance sign caught my eye! The were a couple racks the items were already marked down, and had an additional 50% off the clearance tag. I got two nike sweats for $10 and $13. To me that is a BARGAIN! The 25% doesnt work on brands like nike and addidas. But it didnt matter, because i got a huge discount from the sale that was happening. It seems kohls has alot of overstock they had a ton of items on clearance! I will continue to shop at kohls, and return my amazon returns here!! Its the most convientant :)

Kim was working on another task when she spotted us, stopped what she was doing and came over to help us. While my hubby was trying on a pair, she tried to help us look for other styles or sizes that he may be interested in, without us asking for it. Honestly you don't get that level of service even in some regular retail shops, let along an outlet. The prices is pretty good too, with some of the jeans without full sizes discounted to about $60-70, and tops for $20, which is a better deal than usually at dept stores or online. Plenty of styles to choose from, some rather unique. I have to remind myself that there are only so many pair of jeans a girl needs.

Came accross this store while strolling one of our favorite malls, Galleria. I think it's a new…read morelocation but I'm not sure. We walked inside just to browse and hubby came out with a gorgeous tie, his weakness. It is a small store but they have a nice variety of shirts, jackets, suits, pants and ties. Marlon took excellent care of us without being pushy, showing hubby what he wanted to see and even recommending their other location, which is bigger and has more of the brands hubby likes. All in all, it's a great men's clothing store with great service and good prices.
