I went into kohls for an amazon return. They now have self pickup and amazon returns in the same spot on the 2nd floor in the corner. This made the line a little slower but it was okay. I returned my items smoothly. And recieved a 25% off coupon. This is where they get you!! Lol I didnt need anything but a clearance sign caught my eye! The were a couple racks the items were already marked down, and had an additional 50% off the clearance tag. I got two nike sweats for $10 and $13. To me that is a BARGAIN! The 25% doesnt work on brands like nike and addidas. But it didnt matter, because i got a huge discount from the sale that was happening. It seems kohls has alot of overstock they had a ton of items on clearance! I will continue to shop at kohls, and return my amazon returns here!! Its the most convientant :) read more

At Kohl's in Coral Springs wanted to buy a set of sheets. This store is in the Coral Square Mall. I wandered the whole store but could not find an employee to speak to for help. I did not see any sheets on floor 2 or anyone to speak to who worked there. Called from outside, after leaving, and a woman answered saying she "thought" sheets would be on the second floor. Did not buy and probably won't return for at least a year. read more

Oh well, this is another store that I have shopped in for many years and reviewed. With or without the Kohl's Cash, I can always find quality clothing and great deals. This visit was no exception. I purchased from the Men's, Toddlers and Infants departments with great ease in matching tops with bottoms, searching for the right sizes from neatly organized and well merchandised clothing, and then looking for the sale price on their digital display monitors. I really like being able to take the escalator up and the elevator by the Shoe department down. No real reason--just to change it up! At checkout, standing in line was a short wait and a very friendly associate took good care of us. Most importantly, I saved $61.25 and for that, I just can't hold back in saying that Kohl's is KOOL! read more

Kohl's is okay. It's not great, but it's not terrible. It's pretty much hit or miss for the most part because you never know what they're going to have. The best thing about Kohl's is that they tend to be at malls, so there is plenty of free parking. When you walk through the door, they have lots of stuff. And sometimes, you might find an employee who says hello. Not necessarily, but it sometimes happens. The merchandise runs the gamut of everything from good stuff to crap. And sometimes the good stuff is priced really well. And sometimes it's not, so there is no advantage to going here over any other store. It all depends on what you're looking for and when you go. This one on the day I went was okay. The merchandise was neatly displayed, they had everything in stock, and the checkout process was okay. Not great, but not terrible. I shopped at this store. I bought 6 things. Mostly games for kids. I get almost home and check my receipt. There was a graphic tee shirt charged to my account. I called the store immediately and returned to the customer service counter. The manager was great. She immediately went to the employee who scanned my purchases and checked me out. Apparently, he didn't know how the shirt was near the scanner. I wonder how the shirt was even near the scanner. He said he accidentally scanned the shirt. If he scanned it, he should have put it into the bag. Word to the wise, watch whoever is scanning your purchases . Otherwise , you just might end up buying a new shirt for him ! read more

Recently I sent a kohl's e gift card to my sister. I forgot to put the number 2 in her email address. I called two days later to tell Them about it and the man who took the Incident report told me he would void that one and I should buy a new one. I bought another 50 dollar one with correct e mail. When I never received the credit for the first one I called them. They said that's not how the man who spoke to you reported it. They flatly refused to refund me!! I told them you must have someone working for you that just wants to get off the phone so go back and void the card and refund me. He could check easily if someone used it. Bottom line I am out 50 dollars!! Totally unfair!! Look up Kohl's complaints on line. I was shocked to see how many they have. Don't buy an e card!!! read more

This Kohl's has two stories. So many more options in my opinion than the Boca one. They have a large clearance section too. I always seem to find something here. Today we found lots of good deals $8-$12 total was $51 with 5 shirts and 1 being a button down men's dress shirt AND we got $10 Kohl's cash. BOOM! read more

I usually enjoy my time spent at this location, but with recent changes in management, I noticed a hostile work environment between the manager and the female workers. When I came in I unfortunately witnessed the manager Jose acting unprofessionally to his associates. He is so loud and has this look on his face that he is above everyone else. I simply asked him about an air fryer and he sucked his teeth at me, while passing me off to another worker, as if I was wasting his time. He has an extremely rude disposition about him, which screams I hate my job! He is rude to customers and is very unwelcoming. read more

I LOVE Kohl's! Every time I go I find something to take home with me. This trip brought me in looking for something festive to wear for an upcoming pride parade ‍ As I looked around a found a few possible shirts but then, I stumbled upon their PRIDE SECTION! I was floored! I guess I didn't expect it and was a bit overwhelmed. It was so nice to see the Kohl's is being responsible corporate citizens and are making sure that EVERY person who comes into their store knows they are a valued customer. The only downside to my trip was that it seemed like the only staff around was at the registers. I wanted to pick up some perfume that was locked behind a case but there was no one around. So, I just went to the registers. There was no line and I got right to the register! I was able to use both my Kohl's cash AND my coupon. Plus, I was able to charge everything to my Kohls charge card. The register attendant was very kind as well. Like I already said, I always find what I need at Kohl's. read more

I truly have grown to dislike Kohl's. Perhaps it's all the funny discounts that others get, or the lack of service at the cashiers area. You really need to have coupons (they stack them $ and %). They also apply Kohl's dollars but don't miss the amount by even a nickel or you won't get them. There are also many exclusions and brands. Two weeks ago we made two online orders in store at a kiosk as they didn't have actual merchandise and correct sizes in store. The first order for shoes took two weeks for delivery and missed the event. The second order (made 15-20 minutes later) showed up in three days. Now I understand different shipping warehouses ... but a delay taking two weeks should have had someone/anyone alerted. Return was easy as nobody was in store. We didnt even open package just plopped on table and a refund was issued. No real care or concern from Client Services, just a quick resolve. I guess that's worth a star. Management is never present nor assisting when needed. This store could close and it wouldn't be a concern overall. Dillard's was much better in this location. read more

Terrible Customer Service! Went in to return 2 dresses. The customer service rep pushed the dresses back at me and told me to put the dresses back on the hangers first. I did. She refunded the dresses then said something about the remaining Kohls's cash. I asked her to repeat the statement because I did not hear her. She told me to read it for myself. While I was in line, I watched the same customer service rep yell at two elderly women who were trying to understand why she couldn't do a return on items that were ordered online. She was rude and nasty and should NEVER be in customer service or employed by ANY company. When I asked for a manager, another employee lied and told me she was the manager. Every employee there refused to give me the customer service rep's name so I could file a complaint. Shame on KOHLS. I won't ever be back. Boycotting Bad Service. read more

After dropping off a vehicle at the tire repair shop, I walked across the parking lot into Kohls and noticed their stocking stuffer Christmas gift area. There are really cool gift choices all at very competitive prices. As a disclaimer I must acknowledge that I am a fan of Kohls. The reason why? Bargains like the Christmas Gift stocking stuffers. Don't tell my husband but I am a Kohl's most valued customer. I generally only shop here when I have the 30% off coupon, which surprisingly is pretty often. Tonight I was running through on my way to other stops in the mall. I passed a basket of clearance socks and found a perfect, warm pair for my daughters trip to Europe. With my 30% off coupon they were $4! If you hit their clearance with a coupon the clothes are so inexpensive, If you have Kohl's cash to add on top of that it's like they are giving the clothes away. Look for the red star clearance to maximize your savings. Their return policy is a super generous 30 days. If you have the valued member card I think it goes up to 90 days. Another benefit of the card is that if you do want to return something they can just look up your account, you don't need the receipt which is great because I always lose mine. Also if the line is terribly long, which I find rarely, hit the jewelry counter for a quick checkout. Their hours are super convenient too, they are open after the mall closes. I am coming back this weekend with my coupon when I have more time. read more

I returned a dress that was 23.99 with tax $25.67. Original merchandise purchase was 181.39. I had a return of 54.76 so my $30 coupon became $10 which was used. Now my net purchase becomes 126.63. The very negative customer service person in Coral Springs around 12:30pm today took off the $10 coupon that should not have been done. I should have received the full amount and my net purchase would have been 100.96 and a $10 coupon would be in effect. She upset me so I walked out with the credit of ten less than I should have. You have lost my business and I will let everyone know how rude and wrong your staffer was. WRONG. read more

This is an important development since my last visit to Kohls department store, there is a hidden policy that forbids an employee to speak his or her native language at this store, employees are required to speak in english even when the customers required attention, This General manager, who's name is Jason, has discriminated agains hispanic speaking and African American employees, all the while treading caucasian employees with upmost consideration and easy of work load for them, this is plain and simple DISCRIMINATION!, unfortunately, I can only place my findings on here and report them to the respective authorities, hopefully somebody from corporate at Kohls may read this and take a look into this sensible matter, this is not the America I know, fought or care for, this is an example of racism at work by careless, uneducated and selfish employees! read more

I have to update my review, but it doesn't really apply only to this store. It is a company-wide thing. They send an e-mail telling you that there are cash rewards in your account that you have to use in a few days, but when you go to your account or inquire by phone, you find out those rewards aren't in your account. It seems to just be a way to get you to come into the store urgently and, as long as you're there, you may purchase something and then find out there are no credits to use. Hopefully, you'll purchase it anyway. Oh well, I've been a customer about 50 years and find this practice disappointing. read more

I had an issue with Kohl's on line ordering for a Nintendo Switch that I ordered almost 2 days ago and was canceled at 930 at night while I'm In bed. I first contacted the Coral Springs Kohl and the young lady was so helpful and she told me they had one left they would put it on hold for me. I was so disappointed on how Kohl's handled my online order, that I had to drive 20 minutes away to pick one up now. But if it was not for this Coral Springs store and the employees that helped me last night , especially the customer service staff who answered the phone and told me she was looking right at it and put it on hold. If it wasn't for them I would not have shopped at kohl's anymore. They showed me what customer service should be. read more

This is a two story location in the Coral Square Mall. I usually cannot find clothes here (but I do love the activewear) however when you have a 30% coupon and you shop clearance you can really get a good deal. Today I bought a robe, 2 pairs of undies, 3 pairs of tights, 3 candles, a bracelet, a pair of earrings and a cross body purse for 50 bucks. I have a rule with jewelry and purse: I either by expensive class timeless pieces that i will keep forever or trendy cheap jewelry that I may wear just because it's in style. Kohls had a good selection of pretty, inexpensive jewelry that fits that category. Also the candle selection is pretty nice. This store is always clean and I find the counter staff very helpful. Once they left the alarm tag on something I bought and it set off the alarm as I left. I was given a $10 gift certificate for the inconvenience which I found super nice. read more

I love shopping in this Kohls location due to the kind and helpful staff and very neat store! I find myself always returning because of the great sales prices especially in Black Friday or when I want to buy gifts! The jewelry here is at a great price too! The reason why I took off a star was because I was serviced by a lady who for some reason was pushing me to accept some sort of onlie Kohls reward program or questionnaire or something of the sort and asked to add her name etc (seemed like shed get commision if I accepted) and even though I politely said no thank you multiple times she insisted and then in turn she was just having a bad additude towards me because I said no! My mom was shocked and we we're quite uncomfortable! This happened months ago back in black Friday 2018... and I cant remember her name however I always remember her and her additude when I go into the store and thought I'd leave a review on how I felt as a customer. I just visited again last week and a gentleman at the front with a southern accent was very curteous and kind and welcoming! This location recently opened in the Coral Square Mall, and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. It is much better than the Kohl's on 441. This location actually had a great selection of business casual clothing, which I was in need of today. The staff was very friendly, and although the lines looked long, the flow was quick and efficient. There were also some great sales, and I even got a $10 gift card for my next visit! read more

What can I say? It's typical Kohl's. Long lines (no matter what time you go), cheap clothes and great bargains! I recently visited in search of a belt of two and maybe a pair of pants OR a shirt. I managed to leave with two belts, three pairs of dress socks, one pair of dress pants, two button down shirts and one casual shirt. The bargains were just that good! Recently, shopping at this location has been unbearable. Their AC has been having some issues for a while and they haven't made an effort to fix it. It's especially hot upstairs. This is a hit or miss store I feel for cute clothes and shoes. I've only gone in a few times, and usually when I see something I like I can't find my size. (This happens to me a lot at most places). I pretty much go in to see the LC by Lauren Conrad line, and the pictures of Lauren wearing the clothing always looks really good, but I can never find any of the items. So to me, what's the point of showing her in these really cute clothes and then stocking not so cute clothes from the line? Prices are high for the quality as well. When I think of Kohl's, I don't think of top quality and I think low pricing. However, the pricing is always high to me. I think that $60 for a dress that looks pretty plain, in an eh fabric feel and a design that's been around for practically forever. It's fun to look around, but don't expect to find amazing stuff. read more

I won't be back, haven't been there for quite sometime, but since I had all these coupons, and even one that said a free gift, decided to go back one more time, my first mistake. I bought jelly beans for a niece, 2 packages of ladies socks, a facial kit that had a big 50% off sale sign on the rack,. Only the socks rang up correctly, the facial kit was marked $20, rang up as 16.00 not the 50% off as advertised, can't figure out Kohls math! the jelly bean sign also said 50% off it went from 8.99 to 6.99, again, false advertising at it's best, when I asked about the prices all I was told was that was the price it was. I thought ok I have the coupons, not one of mine worked on the products, sock were listed as a travel accessory, and the facial kit, despite the large sign, said it was make up and fragrance, therefore not covered, so despite spending $37.44 I wasn't even able to get the $5 free gift or use either of my discounts, happens with Kohls all the time, so I will cross them off my list, shameful customer care and I am done! read more

The complaint is not so much about the local store, but the fact that someone in corporate customer service processed a second payment for my account in error so I paid the November bill twice and now have a credit on my account which they say they cannot reverse. I have to wait for them to mail a check. This could be a huge problem for customers living paycheck to paycheck, but Kohls considers this a mere inconvenience. read more
