Everything is done through a portal. Was told the documentation requested wasn't received through the portal. Provided it multiple times, believed things were being worked on over the course of a year+ then to follow up again only to have them dispute receiving anything through the portal once again and now they aren't taking new clients leaving us to have to start all over after the course of two years. Ridiculous way to conduct business! Office is hard to reach, only ever being able to leave a voice mail or communication via the portal. Horrible experience, I absolutely do not recommend this office.

I INSISTED I drop them off in the mail-slot that they weren't sure was "working". Anywho, our taxes never came... In doing some investigation, we found out... The Tax professional Michelle, turned in an incomplete Tax return to the IRS... When we notified her about the mistake, she became combative and very aggressive. She even labeled us and refused to get her higher ups. She behaves in a manner as if she could careless. In fact, the whole entire office has behaved in this manner. They are very curt, unable to accept accountability, and refuse to simply apologize for the errors. I was able to file a claim and deal with a very nice District manager. In doing so, he has been helping my family sort this whole thing out. He can only do so much.. Middle Class people work very hard and must work long hours to make it. Most use the taxes they are paid back to get ahead, buy bulk food ect... Whatever...
