Would not recommend! Terrible customer service. I requested a backdrop be made that said 'Bre's Backyard Boogie'. I provided material that he was unsure would work. He shared he would test it out then let me know if it would work. He also shared he would send me a preview of the drawing before he began working on the backdrop. When I went to pick up the backdrop he shared he purchased a canvas because my original material did not work. I asked him how much it was he said $12. When I met up with him to see the backdrop he said it would be an extra $20. He did not initially warn me there would be additional cost. I also noticed the backdrop had 'Brea's' instead of Bre's. I told him it was incorrect, initially he told me that was what I requested in the text message, I provided proof and he said he would fix it. The picture below is the finished product. He did not fix the name, he made it look worse. The 'S' and everything around it looks rushed. I then let him know I was not completely satisfied with the backdrop because I can't read what it says. I asked him to fix it and he shared he would have to charge me $100 to redo it. He then suggest not moving forward with my other request to make 4 shirts and a pair of jeans. He shared he would partially refunded me for the backdrop and refund the deposit I provided for my other items. I went to pick up the items and he refunded me $15! He did not give back the full refund because he charged me for material and gas. I'm not sure how he charged me for material when he charged me for material the previous day. He never discussed charging me extra for the material, aside from the fact that he never asked me if it was okay to purchase the canvas. He also never offered to compensate me for making a mistake, he brushed it off like it wasn't that serious. I do not suggest ever working with him. He is money hungry and will take advantage of you. read more

So I begin calling around and every artist told me no. But not David, he told me to take him 2 t- shirts. David did an AMAZING airbrush design for my son's birthday t-shirt. And he only need one, cause that's how good he is. He told me to give him till Friday but he had it done that same night. I was blown away by the design, everyone liked it at his birthday party. I learned today you can't go by a 5 star on yelp. David was very unprofessional didn't deliver my product on time incomplete and still demanded to be paid. I forwarded the number to my friend so she can call for more details. She is a busy single mom that work full time that s why I tried to help in the first place! This is what I got rudeness, unprofessionalism, impatience and arrogance saying that I wasted his time by not answering right away and not calling. As a customer I believe that I can choose whether to buy or not, to call or not if changing my mind regardless of the situation. This is business, this is reality, this is life.
