I had the fortunate opportunity of having my notary public business cards created and and printed at CV Graphics and Printing in April of this year and, it was far, far from any disappointment. I must say that this local business has all the tools and resources for signage, web design and more. The end result was immaculate and I could have not been more excited to have my cards printed. The prices, and quantity for amount of business cards, you cannot overlook. Plus, the material and unlimited designs they offer, is worth every penny. It feels like that staff can produce almost any image for you t-shirt, business card, banners, etc. The customer service was impeccable from the start. The staff greets you immediately and will be very attentive when explaining the product you are aiming towards. Sergio was extremely helpful and provided all the navigation needed to get the card designed how I wanted. Sergio was kind enough to let me try on tees to get just the right fit and explain the difference in printing processes. I was for the most part pleased with the canvas I got printed. It was done quick and finished when I needed it which I appreciate. The only thing I didn't like was that the canvas wasn't tightly wrapped so I asked if they can add a few staples to tighten it. They did. But when I got home I realized a few of the staples were badly put in and it doesn't allow the canvas to sit flushed with the wall because of it. read more

I found this place accidentally and wanted to use their services. I got an initial quote of their services to discuss with the buyer so we can move forward. When he agreed I came back only the quote had changed in fees and prices. Which was a bit annoying but had to wait due to budget. Came back and was quoted a different price again via email which the services were priced higher. I finally decided to come back a third time to finally move forward and the quote on the email had changed again but I was over it and needed product, I put my 50% deposit down and got my receipt. When I came to pick up the product they presented me with a different invoice. Still had the yellow paper attached saying I owe more money. Thank goodness I had my original on hand. Paid the other 50% per my yellow copy and left. The product was good but I wouldn't recommend. I really wanted to support this business. I have a lot of future orders. Sadly I need to find somewhere else. read more

We are starting up a business and needed to order the first batch of shirts for it. I called around several (and by several, I mean dozens) of different places in the city of San Diego looking for the combination of rates and turnaround time. Seriously, I can't even stress this enough. We called sooooo many companies. Some of the other companies were nice, but a little pricey for what I was looking for. Some had extremely rude reps, and I'm not trying to deal with other people's issues. And some were CLEARLY trying to suck every last penny out of me. There was -A fee for this. -3 fees for that. -2+ week turnaround period. -Additional charge for different shirt sizes. -"No we can't use your .psd document to make a print, so we have to convert it to an illustrator document and there's a fee for that too, and it extends the turnaround period to 3 weeks as well." (I've worked with several different print companies, and this is DEFINITELY a first. I've even had companies print from .jpg files!) -Or there was the company that didn't know what they were doing, "The sprinkles are too small, so we can't print them." Let me spare you the above-stated catastrophic phone calls. You no longer need to call any other business in San Diego. Save yourself the time and call CV Graphics instead. CV Graphics was the last company I chose to call. (At this point, if it hadn't worked out, I'd go back to my regular company.) My phone call was immediately answered by Sergio, a very friendly voice. He gave me the best quote and turnaround time out of everyone in San Diego. I was ridiculously surprised at how low their prices are and how fast the turnaround time quoted to me was. Now, now. My mama didn't raise no fool. I know that if something is too good to be true, it probably is. But at this point, I was desperate. Sergio was extremely helpful, kind and answered all of my (trillions of) questions thoroughly. This guy was amazing, even answered my emails after hours. A few days later, I got an email letting me know that my order was ready for pickup. WHAT? SERIOUSLY???? HOLY COW! WE ARE ON OUR WAY! I took my kiddos with me to pick up the order. My daughter was extremely excited to see them. We drove up to the pretty little strip mall in Bonita and walk in to a nice, clean office with 2 nice gentlemen inside. (Assuming one is Sergio) "Hi! How can I help you?" "We're here for the Donut Delilah t-shirts?" "Ah, yes, they're right here." What I LOVED about this interaction was that he stood by his work and showed us each and every t-shirt to make sure we were completely satisfied. And we are. We took our new bundle of joy home and my daughter immediately put hers on. She is super happy with the quality of the shirt and the print. It's exactly what we wanted and more. Believe me, you guys. These guys are legit. They will save you time, money and give you good quality stuff. We are currently working on other designs and getting ready to place more orders. Had them make a new sign for our organization. Showed them the old one and told them what I wanted. They recommended exactly what I needed. They informed me the logo file I sent was low resolution and that it may not print clear. I brought a decal, they were able to scan it and it turned out perfectly. First off I have to say, Sergio is amazing. TLDR: Go here for all of your custom printing needs. They are professional, detailed and care about your work. They definitely take pride in what they do. I came here on black Friday and needed a special printing job. I first went to FedEx to get it done, unfortunately they were unable to do it. So I found CV on Yelp. I made a call and described what job I needed done and Sergio said to come by. I needed to make a custom Pokemon Trading Card. I was using it to ask someone I had feelings for to be my significant other. Sergio printed it out on two sheets, card stock and semi-gloss paper. The results turned out fantastic and were such high quality. It was also very cheap and reasonable. Sergio handled everything perfectly. Sergio is professional, friendly and they are also able to handle any job you throw at them. I would definitely come here again. I am so grateful I found this place Sardine, if you're reading this. By far one of the most difficult companies to work with. The owner is very unprofessional and unfriendly. We've had troubles in the past and decided to give the company a second chance because our local little league uses them often. My husband and I tried to place a little league fan gear order and had some questions about the flyer so we went into the shop to place the order in person. We wanted to make sure we got all our questions answered before we proceeded to place the order. The lady we spoke with was very friendly and wonderful. She was easy enough to work with however she did say that she was not 100% on everything because she has been out of the office for an extended time and didn't know what had changed while she was gone. She answered all of our questions and we placed the order. We paid the deposits and moved forward. We had some questions regarding getting a roster shirt printed if we didn't meet the required minimum item order amount. She said it could still be done but there would be a printing fee of either $25 or $40. She said she would have to check how much the fee was and we said either way we would pay the fee. Three days later we get an email saying they cannot print the roster shirt with less than 10 items however they would make an exception and charge us the price for 5 which would double the shirt cost. The owner said that my husband and I were basically lying and the employee never said anything about a fee, even though he did say that he was not there and did not know what she had said. We also had a color issue (one family wanted black shirts but our black logo would not show up on black.) For this she said there would be a $25 color change fee for the printing. We doubled checked with the family and they decided to not go with black garments making the $25 fee a moot point. Perfect. I decided to call the company and discuss the issue and said I would like to cancel the 6 roster items, be refunded the $6 per roster item and move forward with the rest of the order. I did say I would leave a yelp review and then Sergio said that me leaving a review would not be fair because that could effect their business moving forward. As a small business owner myself I know the power of reviews however I also know and believe that you get the review you earn and deserve. During fall ball we had wanted look at placing an order for some fan gear and having never used this place before we decided to go into the shop and talk to someone in person. I prefer old fashion ways of working with someone doing it face to face. It is easier in my opinion. When we went into the shop on Saturday morning (we looked it up prior and the website said they were open at 10am) the shop was closed. We sat in the parking lot and called and the owner answered the phone and said he would be opening soon as he was backed up on emails and was taking time to catch up on them before opening. That was annoying so we decided to just scrap the order and look into other companies. All in all today we ended up canceling the entire order for approximately $1000 and 10 families worth of fan gear and pennants and we will be taking our business elsewhere from here on out. I do not recommend company and will not use them in the future. read more

Super high quality printing! I had them print out 5000 postcards and I was nervous because they couldn't show a sample since the postcard had to be printed in mass by the special printer. I went for it anyway and they were ready in 3-4 days (way faster than any online service) and they were priced at or below all of the online shops that I could find. The print was glossy and super professional. The quality was exactly what you would imagine it to be: perfect. Will definitely be fulfilling my mass printing needs here in the future. I found this place thanks to all the previous yelpers and their reviews. Let me start by saying that Mr. Victor is very nice, friendly and a pleasure to do business with! He is very knowledgeable about graphics and printing and his expertise was very helpful in making informed decisions on my t-shirt printings. I also appreciate the honesty of the staff. Unfortunately there was a little mishap with one of my shirts in that some of the dye stained outside of it's intended target but Sergio was quick to send me an email explaining what happened and he offered to do a reprint on a different shirt and of course they didn't charge me for the other shirt. They are reasonably priced to begin with and when you couple that with great customer service, it's a win, win!! I will absolutely be doing business with them again!! read more

Great prints and prices... Office Depot & Staples are for school projects and/or work orders. I've outsourced print jobs prior, but haven't always been satisfied with the work. My only gripe is the hours. I've had to call to make sure that someone was there and have had to wait several times to pick up orders and drop off paper for a project that needs printing. read more
