Many recommended a local guy who we contacted but this guy said he could not do Audis and recommended a guy in the metroplex that may be able to help. This is where the long 6 week (so far) drama began. Premier Auto Keys Mobile Locksmith - owner Robert - was who we first contacted 2/1. It's now 3/7 and she still is unable to drive her car. It's a long story, but the short version is, he came out, realized he couldn't do it, took her module home and said he could bypass security with different machinery. Was unable to do it. The next day - 2/8 - we found my daughter's key! We thought everything was going to be fine but now it wouldn't communicate with the car. So, he came out days later and tested all the things and said the module is messed up so something happened when he was trying to bypass the security of the car. He said he would order a new one and have it programmed and would cover costs. It's now 3/7 - the module took weeks to get in, the guy who was going to program it supposedly backed out, and now we finally decided to have it towed to Audi to have it fixed. It's $1675 before they even fix it. The battery is now messed up, they need to do testing. Haven't heard from Robert in days and need him to respond and cover the bill from Audi before we end up having to take him to court. The car worked FINE until he messed with it to try and program a key, which we thought he could do, he said he could, or we never would have let him first touch it. I looked at his reviews and his page and he seemed legit and trustworthy. But this situation has been awful. I'm honestly not one to put things like this out there, but since he hasn't solved this situation in over 6 weeks, and hasn't responded to us (calls, emails, texts) since we had the car towed to be fixed, I feel I have no other option.

He mentioned that it was a big and expensive job; from this my impression was that it was more important to them to complete....not to mention they already had our money. So I came back in an hour and then spent two and a half hours waiting for him to do a simple install that should take 30 to 45 minutes. During this time he seemed to be working on something else, and was also carrying on lengthy conversations with walk ins with questions. While they seem to be understaffed, I realized that we had made a huge mistake by paying in advance (there was obviously no incentive to finish our job) and I definitely got the feeling that neither our business nor my time was important to them.

What an unexpected surprise!…read more So I came through here on a Saturday after attempting to locate a place that sells reasonably priced tint. Originally, my plan was to check out the place and see if they'd be able to fit me in for the following Saturday. What I did not expect was their willingness to schedule me for that same day. How could I refuse? My car already had tint on it, but it was not legal for inspection. What I was content with was the fact that the amount I paid out-of-state for installation was around the same price here for tint removal and installation. Now, walking in and having my car worked on has its own setbacks. The major one is the fact that everyone else actually had appointments, so my car was saved for last. I can't argue with that since I completely dropped the job on them. However, they were professional about it and still decided to work with me. I believe the office is shared with Sound Choice, but they run separate businesses on each side of the garage. The waiting area is filled with several car audio speakers and accessories. There is not much else to do but to fiddle with your phone if you decide to wait, so be sure to have a friend pick you up after you drop your car off. I was very happy to see the results after the long wait. Ken's work is flawless and my car looks better than ever. He even placed a tape over the power window controls in case a brain fart would cause me to roll the windows down. Thanks a lot to Ken for his patience and attention to detail. I highly recommend this place if you are in the market for window tinting.
