Chris is very profesional. His charges for replacing our windshield were very reasonable. He came to our home, and there was no up charge for that service. Safelite has an up charge of almost $50. We had the glass replaced today, and only time will tell the quality of the work, but we feel confident that he will stand by his guarantee on labor and installation.
