Be forewarned; I was told during my initial phone conversation that these guys do the glass work for Camping World, El Paso. RV dual pane glass. I take it in for repair. Pick it up, get it to the 5th wheel and see it has condensation inside the two panes (besides not being thoroughly cleaned inside the two panes), which is the reason I took it in to begin with. No problem. I take it back on a Friday morning, am told they will get right on it, and call Saturday morning to inquire on the status expecting to pick it up, and am told it won't be ready until Monday. Me being inconvenienced meant nothing to them at all. My re-repair wasn't made a priority AT ALL after expecting it to be done correctly the first time, much less not having the window for another 3 days. It gets worse; not only that, they also didn't apply the urethane adhesive to all four sides of the glass. The top spacer was positioned in a way that didn't allow for a channel in which to apply the urethane (i.e., the top spacer was aligned flush with the inner window pane). When I asked about it I was told that it was double-stick tape! Wrong answer; the urethane adhesive is what SEALS the window preventing condensation in between the glass panes. It must go around all four sides. Take it somewhere else. The gentleman, who I assume was the manager, wasn't in when I picked it up the second time and the best that can be said about the whole affair is that I was given a full refund for my troubles. I've been traveling around the country for four months . My windshield got broken by a stone from an 18 wheeler. I went to Southwest auto glass. While waiting for Rose to give me a quote for my Mercedes Sprinter windshield I was able to look through the glass separating the office and the garage. I was impressed with the care and attention of the installer applying adhesive to a pickup's back window. I knew I would get what I paid for at this place. It is a time of short supply due to the pandemic. Rose, the secretary, called Mercedes. They didn't,t have the windshield in stock but gave her the code. With this code she found the window in their inventory! Chris, the manager, was straight and upfront with me. Windshield Replacement + Saturday they replaced my daughter's Windshield in less than 5 hrs and at tge best price. This morning they did a temp emergency fix on the sunroof for the same car. 10 out of 10 would recommend Don't get caught up in price tags, but at tge same time don't let someone take advantage of you.... be smart and take your auto glass needs to Southwest Auto Glass. Southwest auto glass On May 18,2021 I had my Jeep's glass replaced at southwest auto glass. I called prior to setup an appointment since I was driving from California when my windshield cracked. They were very welcoming when I arrived and were expecting me? When they were done with the repair, I saw that they had cleaned the inside of my Jeep. They also gave me instructions on how to care for the windshield for the next few days. I felt in good hands knowing that if I ever have any issues or need more glass work they would help me out. No frills - no fuss I was referred here by a friend to replace my windshield that had become a map of US interstates and was occluding my vision. I went to their location on the west side of El Paso. They didn't disappoint, and I really threw them a curve ball. A lot of aftermarket add-ons needed to be removed to provide access to the glass. This place is great! From requesting an online quote, to scheduling an appointment over the phone, to actually going in for my windshield replacement, their customer service is OUTSTANDING. When scheduling my appointment, they advised it would take an hour to 1.5 hours to change my windshield and when I showed up for my appointment, there were 3 customers ahead of me waiting for their vehicles. I immediately assumed it would take longer than they had estimated but was glad to be proven wrong. My windshield was broken and went to SW autoglass to got it repaired. They did the work but when I left with the car my car GPS didnt work anymore. I contacted them to advise of the situation and they immediately offered to get it fixed no questioned asked. they ordered the parts and follow up when it they received it, quickly set up and appointment and got it repaired and tested. Very quick to respond and easy to deal with, excellent cutomer service and priced right. Windshield are not the OEM quality though but they are a fraction of the price. read more

My daughter found a large crack in the windshield this morning, called a large National chain but they wanted $500.00 my insurance deductible is higher than that so I called Southwest Auto Glass. I am glad I did , they charged less than half of what the other place quoted, they got me in same day and the vehicle was ready 1 1/2 hours earlier than promised.
