One stop glass, should be called Late glass installed! I've seen Pyramids built faster! This business is run by young flakey people! I order one customs made window and to have a broken glass replaced and molding around the windows of the house that needed to have installed. These people moved like snails with hernias! Not only did I have to give half down, but waited just about three weeks when I was told 7- 8 days to be ordered. (it hasn't happen yet) they are inconsistent and lazy!!! When it comes to responding back on a call, good customer service is communicating with your client and explaining the schedule, the product and return calls when something isn't working. THEY DO NOT DO THIS! (And the monkey pushes the button!) Please save your time and frustration by not contacting this business run the other way! Seek a dedicated and more proficient as well as responding back to the customer business! Don't be fooled by the fake reviews anyone from their company can write a damn good review! I had a cracked windshield on my Jeep, after calling around to several different places to get it replaced, ONE STOP GLASS proved to be the best choice. They are over 100 miles, one way, from where I live and drove to them this morning to arrive at 8 AM. They IMMEDIATELY took my Jeep into their service area, to install the windshield they did NOT have but located one, picked it up and had it ready fo install this morning when I arrived. In approximately 1 hour I was told my Jeep was ready, I asked for the bill and when finishing my payment, my Jeep was out front of their office, and I was handed my keys back. Before I could leave I was told NOT to remove the blue tape that surrounded my new windshield and NOT to wash for 24 hours. These people were extremely courteous with EVERY employee I had eye contact ONE STOP with was greeted with GOOD MORNING ! I needed a chip of glass repaired in my front windshield. SafeLite was going to do it for a whopping $120 dollarrs. I also needed to pay beforehand and schedule an appointment. I'm so glad I called One Stop Glass instead. Nathan answered and was extremely helpful and told me walk ins were welcome. He looked at my small chip & said it was an inexpensive fix. $40 dollars compared to SafeLite $120. The service was great and I was in and out in less than ten minutes. He even looked at another vehicle I had and instead of just taking my money; he said the repair wasn't necessary. Most shops would have taken advantage and charged me for an unnecessary repair. One Stop Glass came out originally to repair a broken window for me in 2016. The window had condensation develop within it . I called the company in 2019 and they came to take a look at it. True to their word, they lived up to their original warranty. Mario and his team replaced the faulty glass quickly and at no charge. I was as happy as could be.
