Well the next day I go to pick it up they said ok the bill is XXX well I said I already paid using the GMC AP and they asked me,,"well how are we supposed to get paid?" Well that's not my problem you're the GMC dealer you should know. So after waiting and talking to all the employees who by the are all just for a lack of a better word, jerks. They do not care about you, the are the most unhelpful people on the planet. These people should be selling used Kias in Detroit not new GMC and Buicks. OK so anyways I see the camera is mounted to the left of the mirror exactly the opposite of what I said I wanted many times. the problem is the lens on the camera is on the right side and having in mounted to the left of the mirror, the mirror mount obstructs 50% of view so it's worthless. So know I have a useless camera and I have to take apart everything they did to fix it but of course that means I need a new mount because those mounts do not come off in one piece, so how do I get a mount? I emailed them twice and never got a reply. I know they got the emails because I simply replied to the previous emails we had back and forth setting up the appointment. Stay away from this place, do yourself a HUGE favor go to Black river Falls or Lacrosse for buying or servicing your vehicles. Nothing ticks me off more than spending a bunch of money, having it done wrong and getting ghosted.

For contrast: I had taken it to Pischke Nissan in La Crosse, WI trying to get a diagnostic on this a week prior, who failed to identify these glaring problems. The car was unsafe to drive, but Don's Auto and Truck Center (and Bud!) were incredible in solving my problems. After some negotiation with my insurance, I was able to use a loaner vehicle while mine was undergoing said repairs! I drive this vehicle for work, so being given a loaner for the three weeks I had to wait for work to begin and get finished was just the best thing I could have asked for! Putting the review back on here as Morrie's refuses to repair most of the issues. The quote I heard the most from the General Manager Time Lasko " you bought a used truck, what do you expect". $27,0000 used truck.....I expect the company to stand behind the $2000 warranty they sold me and repair the issues. I was told by David Sellnow that they won't fix another thing and that I was not welcome back there. Original post Bought a truck. I guess they don't clean them or inspect them anymore before selling. Interior has dirty cup holders in back seat full of sticky goo. Dirty seats. Dirty roof liner. Grinding in the front hubs. Drivers Door latch pin loose..... Who needs that anyway! If you are lucky, your 25k+ will get you a key FOB held together with scotch tape! Buttons on steering wheel do not do what they say. Missing tail gate part....they have the part just have to wait 3 weeks for them to clip it on. Brenegans was horrible.....looks as if Mories is gonna be worse. Sales staff was pleasant. Time Lasko was more concerned about me posting a bad review than fixing the issue. I have been back three times for repairs and all three times they didn't fix or make any notes about the loose door pin complaint. Tim Lasko the GM says loose door latches are normal and I should stop complaining because I bought a used truck.....(25k of a used truck) Some guy named Dave came out to my truck while I was parked having a conversation on the phone, to tell me they were not going to fix anything and I should not come back. When I asked who he was and what was his position he said" he was a very important person" and I should not come back for repairs. Door latch is still loose and still a rubbing noise in the drive line. Although the looked at the rubbing noise and said " there is a noise,not a normal noise,but it doesn't sound bad" This is the service you get from this dealership. Stay away.....go to Dahl....much better service there. Spoke with someone at Morrie's Corporate......they never replied back.

I liked that they were a smaller dealership and did not feel the pressure I have from larger dealerships. I would recommend them if you are looking for a low pressure deal. Also the interest rate was significantly lower than anticipated which helped the deal even more. I also understand with Internet pricing what you see is pretty much what you're going to pay. After looking and researching for quite a few months I feel we got the best deal possible with Clark and Ryan. Thanks guys!

Placed a call to Lodi Shell not expecting an answer but was incredibly surprised by the positive tone and urgency that Bryan responded. He was incredibly quick, took less than 20 minutes just as he provided as an ETA. He quickly used the battery pack to start car. After hearing we had over 100 miles to our next destination, he said he would be hesitant to drive that far due to possible damage to alternator. He said he would be happy to check if they had the correct battery. We followed him back to the shop in Lodi, he quickly found the correct battery and changed 100 times faster than I could have done it.
