The microfiber couch was in pretty good structural condition but was stained from years of use by children and dogs. We hired Tom to clean the carpets upstairs and stairs in our new home. Tom came all the way out to our home (about an hour drive!) for no extra cost. The space hadn't been cleaned for a number of years and he was able to remove the grime and moved furniture as needed. I needed my carpet cleaned after my dog started using the room as a potty place when I was gone for a week and the family evidently forgot we had a dog. Tom did an excellent job cleaning carpets for me including multiple bedrooms and stairs. As it was a rental property with a short timeline between tenants, he was very flexible with rescheduling to an early morning appointment. He got out many stains and spots that the tenants left.
