I asked for Tom's next opening and he was able to fit me in next day. I was thrilled!! He showed up promptly at 8am (despite an overnight snowstorm) with a friendly, positive attitude. He cleaned our filthy stairs, area rug, two bedrooms and a hall in just a few hours. Tom took time to pretreat spots and spend extra time on really dirty high traffic areas.
