We searched several flooring companies, but Rock Bottom could not be beat. Everyone's prices were so much higher. Rock Bottom met our budget with an even better flooring than we expected with kindness and understanding. We read the reviews (some of them not so good..as we know, those who post are usually complaints), but went with our gut feeling. After talking with Tim, and later with Bill, we decided on an amazing LVP at an amazing price. Trust me, these guys will work with you and your budget! We scheduled a Thursday and Friday for installation. Thursday morning, their AWESOME TODD PUGH and his fabulous crew arrived at our home. We were so impressed!! Todd entered our home, walked through so confidently, assessed the area, and immediately began working. They ripped out old carpeting and chiselled out entrance tile. These awesome guys had over half the house done within 5 hours!!! They returned on Friday..next day and completed the remainder of the house within a few hours! They ran out of flooring just when they were finishing the last bedroom. This was a Friday....Todd told us they would order more and he promised us he would be at our home to finish the job on the following Wednesday. The following Wednesday, we received a call from Todd around 3 p.m....He had just finished a job and managed to come by our home to finish the half of the bedroom. Todd has been laying flooring over 20 some years. His work is absolutely nothing but perfectionism!!! He's honest and truly believes in treating folks as he wants to be treated. He's on our list if we ever need his services. Time went on and the couple worked only a little while a day and would take off. I tried being patient hoping they'd pull an all-nighter before they were supposed to be done but no! When I showed up the next day the house was a mess and they had absolutely done zero work. I took pictures and sent to the owner and he gave me attitude because I was upset! On top of that, the worker had the audacity to try to connect $2.5k even though he didn't finish and started mouthing off when I told him I wasn't paying until the job was done! Absolutely horrible experience.

The installer did a great job in the basement and the top floor but there is a plank with a huge dent in it next to my fridge that is driving me crazy though. I think for that money I shouldn't be looking at a dent. I also had them tile a shower for me. It was very pricey but the tiler is amazing. Would hire him in a flat heartbeat but not the company. I spent a total of 17000.00 with them and the owner decides to have a smart mouth and insult my husband. If someone was spending an amount like that with my company then I think I would be nicer to them. So needless to say we won't being going back there to the rude lady. My money spends just fine a superior carpet or lumber liquidators. I heard they are wonderful on pricing and the flooring and professionalism.
