After about an hour, he let me know the brakes were fine, and that the squeaking I heard was due to some debris caught up and a shim kit. Long story short, I came in stating I needed new brakes, and was ready to pay, and they said I didn't need it. This is the type of service and honesty that makes someone a lifetime customer. Manager Kyle Maxwell refused to correct their mistake and insisted that I had to pay deposit to hold the vehicle for less than 48 hours of $1,000. I decided to back out of purchasing this vehicle as this made me uncomfortable.

As a single mom with a single income, I'm not interested in making payments on a $20,000 vehicle. Their website says they help with bad credit and no credit. WRONG. Well not unless you want to sell your soul every month on a car payment. I was really hoping they cared about all of their customers but they only care about those with stellar credit and who make good money. Not single moms like myself. I won't be going back.
