So I had them replace the rotors so they did for 111 plus dollars and the invoice stated this includes brake pads if needed. Tie rod came in so I took car back all this because it was shaking bad from the start. So they did tie rod and they must have bought it from NASCAR because a 4 inch part was 100 dollars after that was done the car shook twice as bad I mean booby shaking bad and was told LH caliper was sticking. The total for second bill was 325 do the math 436 dollars for a tie rod and still couldn't drive it without concern of safety to me and people around me. So I ordered a new LH caliper and installed it myself and still the same shaking badly so I ordered RH caliper and pads which were trashed. WTF Brett? All you had to do is call and be honest and if the bill is going to be 5 times more than your estimate and car is worse than when it came in? I replaced both calipers and pads now she rides like a dream. Make this right Brett and I will change this post and rating. How you ask? That's easy lift my toyota tundra at no cost. I already have the 3 inch lift kit.

Seems our local mechanic hadn't tightened the tires very well when he rotated them 2 days before!!! Esserman's staff fixed the problem and sent us on our way free of charge in less than 20 minutes. There has been a lot of continuity with their management, and Tom and Misty do a fantastic job listening to you and then communicating with you as the process unfolds. Service is quick, and I typically got everything taken care of without a reservation. Reservation only needed if major repair needed. Another thing that needs to be recognized is that these folks never try to put one past you. A number of times I thought I had an issue, and they found nothing was wrong, called me back quickly, and gave me my keys with no charge. Hence, I came to have total trust and went there for a long time. Prices were once dirt cheap, but have gone up to average. Even so, well worth patronizing
