Our service provider was Wilson's 24 Hour Towing out of Crawfordsville, IN. They were very helpful, friendly and courteous. The Dispatcher was more helpful than the AAA representative (and she did a good job), but this guy was top notch. Our driver, Craig, was very helpful and friendly. It was good to be in the company of a fellow Marine Corps Veteran, and he knew how to get our minds off of our car drama and just connect with my wife and I like human beings. I'm a High School Principal and my wife is a Human Resources Executive and I'm telling you that this guy has great interpersonal skills. He could literally run for political office. We made it home safely, thanks to Craig and Wilson's 24 Hour Towing. I'm also a Wabash College Alum, and it good to throw some business to a Crawfordsville establishment. What impressed me most was their concern for me and my niece and how they made sure we were safe. Great people.

The reason for the rating is because our Honda oddessy 2016 had battery power loss. They ran all tests and checked codes etc. my key fob got a new battery. Evidently when I checked the battery it must have gone bad. Anyway they tried many things to duplicate the battery drain. They found all battery drain is within the guidelines. The charge for the many hours they had it was $60. I know for a fact that the dealership would charge a minimum of $150. Just to hook up the computer checking device. I asked the service person if they can fix all problems that many say the dealership can only do, she said yes. Only thing they can't do is recalls.

A very kind woman who worked the hotel desk ran and got the hotel's heavy-duty compressor and filled our tire with air. She said that we could go just down the street to Neal Tire for the tire repair. Neal tire had a parking lot full of automobiles (waiting to be serviced?) and was experiencing a very busy day. The woman who managed the office assured us that they could fit us in for the flat tire fix. Sure enough, within an hour they had fixed our flat! We are so appreciative of this kind woman's compassion on us, and for the mechanic that performed the quick repair! We drove back to Chicago and experienced no further issue with the repaired tire. I said I wanted a different option he didnt care. When i said I will go eslewhere he shrugged and said oh well. Terrible service counter presentation is always an indication of a terrible business .
