With the sole exception of their PM named Colby, there is no one at this organization that understands quality or customer service. Quite literally, everything they touched in our house they screwed up. A simple reconstruction of a bathroom and hardwood floors that was supposed to take 4 weeks, has now gone on for well over 4 months, and it is still not finished. The job was supposed to be finished by the end of August, then by Halloween, then by Thanksgiving, then before Christmas...and now we just got word that it probably won't be finished before the end of January, because their cabinet guy can't get to a couple of doors he screwed up until then. The hardwood floor they were supposed to replace was originally done by a true craftsman that was proud of his work. It has now been replaced by a floor that sounds hollow in spots and has boards that were cut unevenly, crooked, and every other possible mishap you could imagine. The bathroom cabinets formerly of high quality are now C grade cabinets. The vanities are still not in, because the cabinet guy didn't build the doors correctly, so they wouldn't open (go figure). The marble counter tops have been rebuilt 3 times to accommodate under-mount sinks, and after the third miss, we just told them to put top-mount sinks on just to get the bathroom working again (3 months without a working bathroom shared by 4 kids is way too long). The painter put latex paint on top of oil based paint, which (as most know) resulted in almost immediate pealing of the paint. He also got paint all over the carpet and virtually every outlet and switch, not to mention the drip spots on the wall and the lousy drywall and floating job that created bumps and lumps all down the hall. We eventually had to fire their painter and hire our own. Now, we will have to fire their cabinet maker and hire our own. In fact, we will probably have to fire the whole crew, lawyer up, and bring in an entirely new team to finish the job. So, if you're looking to have quality work done and expect it done in a timely manner, run from these guys. It's a wonder they're still in business. If you have suggestions for someone who does quality work in this area, let me know. I'm just stunned at how bad these guys are.

We had significant damages during hurricane Laura. We had called many remediation companies to get…read morethe water damage removed and have our structure treated. Many were unwilling to come to our rural location. We were at a lost as to what to do. We were unable to live in our house because it was making us sick. We got a RV and started living out of boxes. After alot of prayers, I was finally given Jason Bland's name and phone number by a friend. After contacting Mr. Bland he came the next day to do an assessment. He answered all our questions and put our minds at ease that he was going to take care of the water damage and treat the wood so we would not have problems in the future. He spoke with the insurance company that day to inform them we had hired him to do the remediation as he stood at my kitchen island. He really got the ball rolling. He told us he would be back in a few days with his crew to start the remediation. He checked in with us two days later to make sure the dumpsters were delivered and he would be ready to go when he got here. He showed up at 8 am with his crew Monday morning and they got to work. He had dehumidifiers going from the first night. It took the crew 4 days to remove all the damaged material and to do the treatment. He left the dehumidifiers going 4 more days until he got the moist down in my house. He even gave us contact information of contractors to do the replacement sheetrock and flooring. I feel Jason was a god sent and I would suggest giving him a call.
