Yes, there are major problems with the district attorney's office and the courthouse in hold. The nephitism is profound, they act with impunity. In two thousand and nineteen I was shot five times by a felon in possession of a firearm, that man was given six months in the county, jail and credit for times ser. A woman who was a friend of this man that shot me became very concerned over his threats to kill me. She wrote a detailed letter under penalty and perjury of law stating all the plans. The plots This man had to kill me. That letter was never given to the courts. The public defender at the time Shayna. Was in the process of moving to the felony division of the court?And nobody knows what happened to that letter. The fact that the sheriff's department knew that man had a gun, he walked up-and-down our street with that gun. Had they ever once looked into him, they would have seen, he was a felon and should not have had a gun, but again but as is normal in this county, failure to protect the corruption and criminal behavior of the judge's district attorney and the others who have power to destroy lives do so with impunity Friday, March 7th. My son was sentenced to 52 years. In a case where he didn't harm anybody, nobody suffered great harm, but yet fifty two years was his sentence. It even filters through the attorneys that work for the county. In the case of the my son's attorney John Corelli, he never wants in damn, near 2 years returned a single phone call to my son in jail. Never saw my son in jail. Never fully interviewed my son, nor did he interview me. I was a victim/witness. He said it was illegal for him to talk to me. Because I was listed as a witness for prosecution, which I find out is a lie. The judge and the jury never heard the events that led up to what happened that day with my son. I have talked to at least 15 other lawyers in Palo. Alto sacramento oakland not one out of fifteen attorneys that searched his case, found his charges said that that sentence was remotely within the realm of justice.
