Then, with Charlie in finance. Again, very quick and uneventful in the finance office that made it a breeze. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. We were introduced to the service department manager, as well. Brooklyn then walked us through the features on our car, to be familiar with it all before we drove away. Asked for their best price on the model I was looking at and was told they would not discuss prices on the lot, I'd have to come inside. I told them to run in and get whatever info they would like in order to give me the best price. Salesman went in, came back out and stated that the "sales manager" would only give a price inside.
