Their slow pace caused a backup of more than half a mile, preventing other vehicles from safely passing. Both trucks demonstrated inconsiderate and unsafe driving behavior that created unnecessary congestion and frustration for numerous motorists. Another example is; I made a minor mistake when building my shower curb and it wasn't angled towards the inside of the shower as much as it should. Joe had no issues coming back and installing a small shower dam to keep the water in the shower. This was an issue caused by my own error, but Joe was willing to come out of pocket to complete the job. Overall, Envision Glassworks did a flawless job on the shower. It had cracked, discolored panes and the lead was failing, causing it to cave outward. They removed the entire piece, took it their shop where they removed the lead, cleaned each bit of glass and had us in to strategize replacement glass and matching techniques. Upon completion, they reinstalled the stained glass and now it's all set for the next century! I couldn't recommend Jim and his crew any more highly. They are very fairly priced, communicate well and do outstanding work. Of all the contractors we worked with during our remodel, Commercial Art Glass truly stood out.

Well, they hate temperature and moisture changes at the same time. The first one cracked last summer, and I struggled to find a glass shop that could help me. As I stated in my previous review, Acorn was able to come up with an innovative solution that not only allowed for the mirror to be repaired (made it usable again), abut also is now more resilient to these environment changes. Well, guess what. This summer the second one cracked. You'd think we would learn our lesson about opening the windows when weather is brewing outside. In any case, this time I knew exactly where to go. The folks at Acorn are lovely, and they remembered my unusual piece. They took on the challenge again, and this time with even better results. The glass is thicker/sturider, and the shape that they cut it is even more perfect. Their prices are very reasonable. Acorn continues to be my go-to for any glass or mirror work I have in my house.
