Awful, Inconsiderate and Incompetent! BE WARNED!!! My fiancé…read morewas referred to Linda for hair extensions, as she's a colleague of her current stylist so we figured we'd set up a consultation. First Issue! Even though the consultation was made for Saturday at 3:00pm, Linda completely forgot about the appointment, even going so far as asking "Why we're here?". After waiting 45 minutes for her to finish taking Instagram pictures, she looked at my fiancé's hair and gave us a price of $2,500, for the best quality hair available, etc and the installation appointment was made for the following Saturday. Second Issue! When we called, NOT Linda to confirm Saturday's appointment on Friday, we were told the hair has yet to come in. This was due in part to Linda forgetting to order the hair when she should've. This resulted in the installation day being changed to the following Tuesday. Third Issue! After the hair was installed, and I was ready to pay, the price went from $2,500 to $2,900, with the explanation being that she needed to use more hair. This was her mistake, as during the consultation she never said anything about possibly needing more hair or giving a price range. This seemeed to be a ploy to extract more money out of me as how would we know if more hair was used #1, and #2, if you were using more hair or had to use more hair, why wouldn't you tell your client during the installation? Now, when my fiancé had to get her hair colored and her extensions moved up, here's where the other problems lyed. 1.) The extension quality was NOT the quality as Linda claimed it to be! 2.) There were more extensions than needed, which caused damage to my fiancé's hair. 3.) Some of the extensions were so tight that it literally caused a noticeable bald spot, which as can be imagined has caused emotional stress. 4.) When the salon that re-did everything CORRECTLY was finished, the hair came out great and to our surprise, there was hair that wasn't installed, left over as it wasn't needed. Which means, the additional hair I was charged initially wasn't needed at all! I'm writing this review so others don't have to go through the emotional stress given by an incompetent hair dresser who's only clientele seems to come from word of mouth. It however, gives HONEYCOMB salon, where Linda works out of, in her little room a very bad name as one shouldn't be associated with this level of service or business practice. Embarrassing!

I showed up at 2:15 on dot. I texted ahead. She berated me and told me since I was late she was charging me for highlights she didn't have time to do and she threw me out of her salon. I begged to have her be flexible. Been a client for years, tipped her well, etc. No give. She said it was her "policy." She charged me $112. For no service. I have her policy that says up to 15 there is a grace period. I have parking time stamp I was there at that time. I am contesting this charge with card company. So disappointed she treated me like this after being a loyal client. Beware.
