While JJ wasn't the lowest, they were the most comprehensive. For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did not rush the project (who wants a roofer who rushes?) and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent. They installed Class 4 shingles, which lowered my home owners insurance by 20%. What stood out to us was Enviable was already doing work in the neighborhood. They had a very large crew working on a roof with supervisor, Keith, on site. Keith inspected our roof and siding that day and started the ball rolling with our insurance. He met the insurance adjuster at our house. Enviable worked relentlessly with our insurance to get the maximum paid by them. We decided to upgrade the siding, roof, window wrap and gutters. They replaced the water damaged underlayment and flashing caused by builder(1987) negligence that we suspected but couldn't find. Keith, Seth or Joe were on site every work day and after, checking on the work done the day before. Any minor issues were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Superior service! Keith was present with photos of before, during and after for any questions the inspector might have had. We passed with flying colors!

Here's how they stood out: They had excellent communication. From Angelo's estimate all the way to passing inspection, they were on top of their game. The estimate had every combination of options listed with exactly what they were going to do and photos of the planned work. We were assigned a field supervisor (Justin, I believe?) who would come out on the same day to inspect any issues we brought up. Our contact with the office via Cindy and Anthony was also superb and always timely. The work was done swiftly and well. The roofers were done before I got back from work. Siding and gutters are more involved, but they did excellent there as well and Roman et al. were excellent to work with, took feedback very well (see communication above), and were very hard and efficient workers. All in all, we were done with our project long before other houses in the same subdivision who had all signed up with doorknocker companies, and they delivered a high level of quality. To be clear, their estimate was slightly higher (my gut says 10% higher, but it's been a while since I reviewed the proposals) than some other offers we received, but for the work that we were doing, level of customization, and communication, we wouldn't make a different choice. I'm usually not one to spend time getting a bunch of quotes and just rely on Yelp reviews to make a purchasing decision, but this was pricey enough purchase that i figured I should do my due diligence.' Siding & Windows Group was one of the 4 companies I had come out for a quote. We ended up with them for a few reasons: - Their quote was competitive - They were able to spray paint the interior trim with our existing paint color - They were able to match the exterior trim as closely as possible to our windows outside - Anthony at Siding & Windows Group was very responsive We placed the order on August 22nd, which is my bday. I can't say new doors was what i wanted for my bday, but i guess this is being a homeowner in your 40s. The new doors weren't installed until November 6th and we just hoped for no big storms and got lucky. Anthony checked in a few times on when they'd be installed and pushed it back a few days due to other projects. The actual installation took about a day, which wasn't too bad. A week later they came to spray paint, which honestly seemed like a much bigger project than installing the doors. That took 2 days and went smoothly, although there was a little confusion about them not knowing what color to paint, etc. It turned out beautifully and while the doors look very similar to our old doors I like the look of these even better. The exterior finish isn't a perfect match, but i think a big part of that is our old paint on our windows as faded. One day we'll touch it all up, but for now we're looking forward to a break in paying for anything for the house. I learned there are a lot of companies in the area for new windows/doors, but we were satisfied with this one and would use them again.

He was happy to explain what certain marks were on my roof and assist in submitting a claim to my insurance company. Chris came out to meet with the State farm insurance rep and I had verbal approval from the onsite rep that this shouldn't be a problem. The rep neglected to process the claim and no longer worked at state farm. Chris was nice enough to meet a second rep that wasn't very helpful and was contradicting what the previous State farm representative said would be covered. I thought that State farm would be an advocate for their customer. Luckily Chris guided me through the entire process that took over 2 years. State farm only wanted to replace a portion of my roof. Chris helped me get my entire roof replaced. KMK's installation team was great. The roof looks fantastic and I'm very happy with the results. I would recommend them to any friends.
