Peter Melsness is founder and principal of Superior Financial. He specializes in providing fee-only investment advice, comprehensive financial planning and retirement planning services in Rochester, MN and SE Minnesota. Peter is a NAPFA registered advisor and holds a Certificate in Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning. Peter passed the 10-hour Certified Financial Planner™ certification examination in 2009 and was authorized to use the CFP® mark of distinction in 2010. A native of Minnesota, Peter is active in the Rochester, MN community and in his church and serves on a number of boards and committees. Peter is married with four young children and enjoys an active lifestyle with many interests including, traveling, hiking and biking.
